    @BSNLCorporate Finally! My issue has been resolved. I'd like to thanks Brijmohan Srivastava ji (BSNL Meerut), who called and routed to Shushmita ji from BSNL(UP west) for further investigation. She suggested few steps over the call through which i was able to resolve the issue.

    @_kohlitastic_ @Chaosinkaliyug @_inevitableV But bsnl dial network, lan, toh kaafi tha. Mobile net was costly but ppl used it. Many RW ppl did manythings. Internet toh mid 1990s se India me hai. And 2005 se manageable speed hai. 2016 ke baad sirf cheap hua Internet.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber voice configuration is not working.Tried to do service provider configuration but it was not successful.Please improve your service and solve my problem.I will wait for your reply.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir at Teonthar Dt.RewaM.P.BSNL services are very poor due to 4lane construction 80km OFC dameged science last 6 year please grant OFC from Rewa to Teonthar BSNL services works only 10 days in a month

    Also, the problem has been addressed to BSNL India and BSNL Odisha through previous tweets. This reflects very poorly on the existing infrastructure and efficiency of the workforce.

    Though I know my decision to share this experience will not make any change in the process but I believe it's better to inform the organisation their flaws to make them a better service provider. With all these reasons i have left with no other reason but to stop using BSNL sim

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Kudos to ACT Hyderabad for beating BSNL in customer dis-satisfaction. My broadband line is down for almost 2 days now, and your team is not bothered to fix it (nor inform the customer if there is a serious issue).
