    Shri P. K. Purwar @CDMBSNL since last evening, I am facing issue with mobile internet connectivity in New C G Road, Chandkheda area, Ahmedabad Circle, Gujarat. I do WFH via BSNL. The issue becomes quite frequent since last few months. Please look into the matter.

    @CMDBSNL Waiting since 10 am in the morning at RT Nagar BSNL office to surrender my connection. No sign of the JE or other staff till 10.30. Watchman asks me to come back at 11. I knew BSNL was in a bad state but didn’t know it was this pathetic.

    I applied for a new connection through the online @BSNLCorporate website (Reference no: 16028447762). No resolution in the last 10 days. Called Toll free number she holds my call for 6mins to say it is under process. Worst service @BSNL_KOTD @bsnl

    @PMOIndia @rsprasad Charminar BSNL is not closing my connection of landline. I have been following up with them thru emails however it seems they don't open there in boxes and read emails. Please help me.
