Since this morning, there is no BSNL network in Haveli Kharagpur(Munger), due to which a lot of problems are being faced. Network should be restored as soon as possible. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

@essarkar Regarding matter of upgrading Raghunathpur SO to CBS platform matter has already been taken up with concerned SIFY and BSNL authorities for network connectivity and the matter is actively pursued. Complainant is requested to kindly bear with.

@HHsuumit24 Still there is some problems lying with local BSNL telephone exchange. Concerned Authority is working on the matter to resolve the technical issue at the earliest. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Bsnl is charging the cable charge as 8rs per meter! For new connection. Why? I am already paying the modem charges, plan and advance (3600+799+500) why should I pay for the cable if the connection point is away? @AshwiniVaishnaw sir,could you please help

There are some places in Uttarakhand where the facility of Bsnl network is not good like Shama Bhanar Naukudi Panyali of Kapkot tehsil and other places where Bsnl network gets shut down frequently. I request the Uttarakhand government to take concrete steps on this subject.

Unfortunately @reliancejio fiber is not available in my place. No other ftth service provider. So many are paying what ever bsnl contract employees or bsnl is asking. Jio will just charge 1.5k including connection charge and modem but bsnl 😒
