    @bsnl_care I have reported many times and as per your statement you are unable to solve the issue. So I have left your services and switched to Jio permanently with no plan to return to BSNL.

    @iNitinTyagi Better to invest in State Bank of India stock than deal with its services. Slow, unfriendly, stuck in legacy systems. It survives on old accounts, not merit. Profit making is fine, but at least deliver basic service quality, where SBI fails, just like BSNL and air India

    @BSNLEmployees Bsnl employees are very bad our broadband was not functional for 25 days they were not after calling district head they fixed within 1 day

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @UIDAI Denied SIM by BSNL Ludhiana despite valid Aadhaar. Staff says father name missing, but UIDAI confirms it is NOT mandatory and Aadhaar is valid for eKYC. Please resolve this issue urgently. Name Inderjeet Kumar #BSNL #Aadhaar #eKYC

    @BSNL_TN Brought a sim 3 months back and now asking for Kyc and blocked my outgoing for more than 3 days. How pathetic the service can be? Never had this issue with jio/airtel. Never going back to bsnl or recommend everyone to switch to other operators. @Dot_in

    @bsnl_care @JM_Scindia @bsnl I applied for a BSNL SIM online and the order was placed successfully, but I haven’t received any update on when or where to collect it. When I contacted customer care, they asked me to search for the CHC myself, saying they can’t access my location
