    @lan2in @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @DoT_India @rsprasad @PMOIndia This is the main cause of bsnl down fall. No prompt action to resolve any issue. Staff are very casual way they respond any issue you raise. Whatever offer they give... after sale service is the worst

    @DoT_India ,@rsprasad ,@TRAI My BSNL landline is dead frm 27th may20,my complain no.15486505242.even if repeated mails, twitter complains,mail to appellate authority,talking with customer care has no effect till date.more over BSNL has sent me the bill which is attached.very sad

    @BSNL_OR I'm not getting internet connection more than 120 hrs. Given a complaint & it suppose to be solved within 24hrs as per your customer service representative. If this is your benchmark then hell with #BSNL @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @DoT_India

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate #BSNL Broadband was worse than mobile data since 4 months. Now landline down since 1 month. But getting full bill for months service. After lodging complain the contact no of retired linesman are given via SMS. Unacceptable service by BSNL in Bhubaneswar.

    BSNL has become deaf and dump and not even caring social media. Yesterday for some time BB service was perfect but today it is hopeless. Nobody is lifting phone in exchange. Perhaps only moto to cheat the public like me.

    @BsnlCmd @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Please repair my bsnl broadband The speed is really slow I'm paying for 10Mbps and not even getting 4Mbps If problem still continues till end of Dec 2019 then I'm disconnecting n even telling ppl not 2 get new BSNL Broadband or Fiber connection

    Hv broadband also n out of order since more than a month. 0674-2370725. already make requested n visited BSNL office but still not restored... I think we can not rely on the BSNL anymore n need to shift to private players due to service quality. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate i have recharge my number with 397rs, on 6th january 2022, and plan validity 300 days, validity will expire in October 2022. but now today BSNL send massage that your plan will expire on 6th March 2022. please solve my problem.

    I installed 02 bsnl fibre connections i.e.0194-2950999, 2952999 in month December through RJIT Solution,TIP Lawaypora.Till date connections are not fully working full month and till date I have used only maximum 50 GB out fixed data due disconnect of connections every 2-3 days.

    @narendramodi Indian Bank of lumding Assam branch maximum time harassment people by the no link internet , because they only use BSNL internet why not use private co internet or vset internet ,if the bank not give service properly then shutdown Bank ,is it digital india

    @BSNL_KTK Hi, My BSNL FTTH Account # is 9040435592, Phone # 08029909200. I am on plan "Fibre Ultra / Speed Upto 300Mbps till 4000GB beyond that Upto 4Mbps / Voice unlimited". I want to downgrade my plan to "Fiber Value 100mbps 3300gb-Rs 799." Can you please help?

    @DoT_India Sir I have a bsnl sim -9407025851 And i complaint many times 50 to 60 times but my complaint not resolved and they don't tell about resolve theysaid that it,s a server tomporary server issue but i bought bsnl before 2 months and they again and again said server issues
