    @BSNL_OR we have been using bsnl landline with fiber connection since decades but every time we complained about the landline phone there was no response. Our landline is not working last 365days even we are paying the bill of Rs.1284 every month.

    @BSNL_OR #BSNL NIL signal since morning. Its a regular feature of BSNL,Jatni. If can't maintain the system, close it, customers shouldn't suffer! Business,works, medical-emergency, financial txn all hamper.

    Agreed Sir!But the problem lies with its ground level services. My landlines remained dead for about 4 months. On my every complaint during the period, sms were received stating the problem has been resolved without making my landline work. Services can be outsourced to save BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate why BSNL treat Odisha people as migrant. All good plans are available almost all over India but not in Odisha. As I am a great support or of BSNL since 2005. But its hurt me a lot how they behave with us

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR My number is 06742560701, for the last 7 days my broadband getting disconnected after 5pm and coming in the morning. Several times I have called to BSNL SDO Nayapalli, but nobody received the call. Kindly address my problem ASAP.

    @DoT_India ,@rsprasad ,@TRAI My BSNL landline is dead frm 27th may20,my complain no.15486505242.even if repeated mails, twitter complains,mail to appellate authority,talking with customer care has no effect till date.more over BSNL has sent me the bill which is attached.very sad

    I had paid my FTTH bill on 18th Sept, due date was 20th sept , BSNL team had their end technical problem and now my number is barred.who will help activate my connection as Customer care was not able to activate it.?????

    @manojsinhabjp I know because I complained repeatedly with mails, twitter,customer care,grievance cell.the local BSNL Odisha BBSR has taken a stand not to repair the phone.let me suffer .I am also not going to leave the complaint.Hence decided to surrender the phone on 28thjune

    Hv broadband also n out of order since more than a month. 0674-2370725. already make requested n visited BSNL office but still not restored... I think we can not rely on the BSNL anymore n need to shift to private players due to service quality. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad

    @BSNL_OR for past 3day I don't have internet access. no one listening from the local vendors. the local technician is so shameless that he even said to terminate the service if i have network issue. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate can you please tell it's BSNL the owner or the vendor?

    @yabhishekhd Even the 5G has got nerfed. In my village, these is not FTTH. I got Jio Air Fiber and it really sucks. Me and my whole family about 5 people will have SIM converted to Airtel and BSNL.

    @BSNL_OR after a very good speed progress in bsnl net suddenly why speed reduction is there ?? Where ever trying it is showing network slow.. not abe to open any app. Any thing behind it ?? Banking app not working. When contacted to bank branches , simple reply is change bsnl sim

    @BSNL_GJ I just port my number to bsnl 1 week ago there are network issues. The network tower shows full but when I call some one the call gets disconnected and unable to receive any calls please solve the issues
