    @SumiKhajuria @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1 I am not facing any problem rather in comparison to BSNL WiFi, it's working much better. I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

    Many time I think I will port my connection to BSNL and today I came to BSNL office BJB nagar near kalpana... but at 4:15 office as well customer care counter is closed. Its disappointed a lot.... many people also returned in front of me with some complain.

    @ViCustomerCare this is really disgusting. You people domt have a single sms plan for combo plans? Y should a customer buy huge plans for sms. Now i am not able to add my bank for upi. Will port my sim to jio or bsnl better

    @LICIndiaForever Now a days LIC only benefits to his own agent /employees not a customer who are taking policies under an LIC agent. Service day by day down and don’t care about that . Is this culture continues I think LIC some day will equal to BSNL. @LICIndiaForever @LICIndiaPolicy

    @BSNL_OR for past 3day I don't have internet access. no one listening from the local vendors. the local technician is so shameless that he even said to terminate the service if i have network issue. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate can you please tell it's BSNL the owner or the vendor?

    @BSNL_OR we have been using bsnl landline with fiber connection since decades but every time we complained about the landline phone there was no response. Our landline is not working last 365days even we are paying the bill of Rs.1284 every month.

    @BSNL_OR my bsnl broadband is not working since 3 days..when I Raise complaint without solving it they update it issue solve.when I raise another complaint,since then no response from anyone from bsnl ..and this type of service only main causes of bsnl crisis.

    @Faraz_x_ #vi network is not strong... Only projection. Very poor indoor coverage. No highway connectivity. Semi urban/rural BSNL good. Actually, They want benefits from tax payers and from the government, so #vi purposely delays the good service. Without bringing money,#vi wants benefits.

    @Faraz_x_ #vi threatening the government by name of closure, NCLT etc. after merger in 2019, if #vi concentrated each circle & tower implementation, definitely they could have provided better service. BSNL recently added 4G towers, when they are able to provide good service why can't #vi.
