    @BSNL_OR my bsnl broadband is not working since 3 days..when I Raise complaint without solving it they update it issue solve.when I raise another complaint,since then no response from anyone from bsnl ..and this type of service only main causes of bsnl crisis.

    @BSNLCorporate I had paid my FTTH bill on 18th Sept, due date was 20th sept , BSNL team had their end technical problem and now my number is barred.Who will help activate my connection as Customer care was not able to activate it.????? I have important work tonight. 06742999525

    @SumiKhajuria @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1 I am not facing any problem rather in comparison to BSNL WiFi, it's working much better. I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

    Many time I think I will port my connection to BSNL and today I came to BSNL office BJB nagar near kalpana... but at 4:15 office as well customer care counter is closed. Its disappointed a lot.... many people also returned in front of me with some complain.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Today local bsnl office JTO Mr.Baral informed me that the cable need to be replaced..its been more than 10days without internet..but we are paying the full bill amount..Need a waiver and permanent fix to my connection

    @LICIndiaForever Now a days LIC only benefits to his own agent /employees not a customer who are taking policies under an LIC agent. Service day by day down and don’t care about that . Is this culture continues I think LIC some day will equal to BSNL. @LICIndiaForever @LICIndiaPolicy

    @BSNL_OR we have been using bsnl landline with fiber connection since decades but every time we complained about the landline phone there was no response. Our landline is not working last 365days even we are paying the bill of Rs.1284 every month.

    @TRAI @BSNLCorporate electric current was available, BSNL Network is available in our area(Gopinathpur, Mangalpur, Soro, Balasore, Odisha, Pin-756045).Current was not available, also BSNL Network was not available in our area. Take appropriate steps for providing 24×7 Network.

    @tavleen_singh PSEs are assets of our nation and we should make sure they are not sold at throw away price. Eg BSNL still has a good network in rural areas . Their assets and investment is huge .but making policies to help the cronies has destroyed it Now planned to be sold at throw away price

    @adityadickysin @kaushikcbasu Well jio is making profit and BSNL A loss of 8000 crores. With proper checks why not gv the organization to ppl. Who can manage. If they can even cut down on loss, the corpus (tax payers money) benefits. Afterall its taxpayer money which is being used to cover losses.
