    I had paid my FTTH bill on 18th Sept, due date was 20th sept , BSNL team had their end technical problem and now my number is barred.who will help activate my connection as Customer care was not able to activate it.?????

    @JioCare Hi, it seems that the fiber speed has been reduced and frequent net drop. I switched from bsnl fiber to jio fiber for a better service but seems like a doomsday ahead 🥺🤐

    @BSNL_OR I have applied BSNL ftth but I have been told there is no dual band support only 2.4ghz support available no 5ghz support is it right information. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_OR my bsnl broadband is not working since 3 days..when I Raise complaint without solving it they update it issue solve.when I raise another complaint,since then no response from anyone from bsnl ..and this type of service only main causes of bsnl crisis.

I was work before 2 years using wimax of BSNL and it has been dead by department. Please help me to get better internet.Thanks

    Many time I think I will port my connection to BSNL and today I came to BSNL office BJB nagar near kalpana... but at 4:15 office as well customer care counter is closed. Its disappointed a lot.... many people also returned in front of me with some complain.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I believe Odisha BSNL is the worst service provider across our country. Ogoing issue since a month reported & nobody cares about it? No officials available at my local exchange who can address my problem , No responses on call/msg.BSNL/HQ/2021/EM-24116

    @BSNLCorporate Today its 3rd day..no action has been taken yet. This is the reason people go for Jio or Airtel. Worst service BSNL @BSNL_OR

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Hi sim network is going on and off frequently. I have 3 other bsnl operators in my family but none of them fave any issues...and this has started after i have ported my sim from VI to Bsnl. This is my 2nd time raising the issue.

    @BSNL_OR we have been using bsnl landline with fiber connection since decades but every time we complained about the landline phone there was no response. Our landline is not working last 365days even we are paying the bill of Rs.1284 every month.

    @Thor_baba_420 @BSNLCorporate Wohi yaar! Govt. Khud nehi chahata BSNL jaise age jaye aur customer service better kare.. thats y pvt party are ruling and its not that BSNL plans are at subscribed rates. Plans v bsnl ka same h almost to other operators but still itni ghatiya service 🙏

    @BSNL_OR ,@BSNLCorporate ,@ITMinistry I am exchange my bsnl sim at kendrapara bsnl exchange, odishaon dt 07/10/21.but till now my sim didn't activate.this type of service bsnl provided us.for this reason we are bound to go private operator.

    For such pathetic service popularity of BSNL is hampered along vth company's credibility, hence @narendramodi @PMOIndia is having the vision of corporatization. You can make a survey in Bhubaneswar regarding the popularity of BSNL and Jio. @BSNLCorporate

    @LICIndiaForever Now a days LIC only benefits to his own agent /employees not a customer who are taking policies under an LIC agent. Service day by day down and don’t care about that . Is this culture continues I think LIC some day will equal to BSNL. @LICIndiaForever @LICIndiaPolicy

    @BSNL_OR for past 3day I don't have internet access. no one listening from the local vendors. the local technician is so shameless that he even said to terminate the service if i have network issue. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate can you please tell it's BSNL the owner or the vendor?

    @rishibagree If govt merges Vodafone idea with bsnl it will be some sight of relief. As adani group have assets so it's not that big issue but for voda idea its a major trouble.

    I'm sorry but the gov should genuinely reconsider turning VIL debt into equity. It is NOT the govs job to look after broken, lethargic biz models just to avoid a duopoly. We already have liabilities called MTNL and BSNL.

    Jio a worst network. Mukesh is particular in making money rather than giving services. I paying good amount of money but the services is pathetic. Planning to move to VI or BSNL as the the fake traffic is less. Very bad govt is simply supporting the cheats

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet of jio at 841434 is slower than the bsnl that the website took 10 min to load. Super worst service #Jiodown Jio care number is getting disconnected after selecting language. Jio sucks !!!!!!!!
