Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

@CGMBSNLJKD Phone is dead since Jan 2021. This complaint was never resolved, however fraudulently ‘resolved’ SMS was sent thrice for separate docket numbers. SDE Ashok Nagar said over phone that ‘he doesn’t know when it will be repaired’. It is painful to be customer of BSNL.
