@BSNL_OR for past 3day I don't have internet access. no one listening from the local vendors. the local technician is so shameless that he even said to terminate the service if i have network issue. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate can you please tell it's BSNL the owner or the vendor?

I had paid my FTTH bill on 18th Sept, due date was 20th sept , BSNL team had their end technical problem and now my number is barred.who will help activate my connection as Customer care was not able to activate it.?????

@SumiKhajuria @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1 I am not facing any problem rather in comparison to BSNL WiFi, it's working much better. I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

@LICIndiaForever Now a days LIC only benefits to his own agent /employees not a customer who are taking policies under an LIC agent. Service day by day down and don’t care about that . Is this culture continues I think LIC some day will equal to BSNL. @LICIndiaForever @LICIndiaPolicy

@BSNL_OR we have been using bsnl landline with fiber connection since decades but every time we complained about the landline phone there was no response. Our landline is not working last 365days even we are paying the bill of Rs.1284 every month.

Many time I think I will port my connection to BSNL and today I came to BSNL office BJB nagar near kalpana... but at 4:15 office as well customer care counter is closed. Its disappointed a lot.... many people also returned in front of me with some complain.

@BaluGorade Network availability. My area Pin code is 532430, there is a BSNL tower in my village (about 200m apart from my home) still I have to come out of my home to receive and to make calls. I have complained at the BSNL office in Narasannapeta, still no improvement. So I ported to Jio.

@BaluGorade Many stopped using Jio, myself included, due to their non-existent customer services even when prices are nearly the same as Airtel's. Imagine applying for BSNL that my next generation will supposedly get to use.
