You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

But the problem is unlike other PSU left alone, BSNL is too big to be ignored. Almost all lanes and streets of Hindustan has some story of BSNL. It will be disastrous, if left alone to die.
