    @NEERAJTendua @BSNLCorporate Not a single Indian will denie that fact that BSNL is just loot people. You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD This z why BSNL Z WORST...its been more than 3 months we applied for fiberoptic connection,Called mr sarat kumar pradhan(sdvo Bhubaneswar) but they r only giving time,today we lost contract of 20 lakhs bcz of them @DoT_India GOD_HELPS_BSNL

    After facing problems of Broadband, I applied for Fiber connection. I have paid my fees and deposited Demand Note in respective BSNL branch. But still no response for this. When I call BSNL SDO, Mcs, BBSR nobody receive the call.@BSNLCorporate

    @SumiKhajuria @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1 I am not facing any problem rather in comparison to BSNL WiFi, it's working much better. I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR #BSNL Today is 4th consecutive day I am not getting signals in my BSNL modem. Registered complaint 2 times for this reason, but the customer care representative is unable to specify the reason. Resolve the problem as soon as possible.

    BSNL stands for Bhai Saheb Nahi Lagega. My landline phone was dead for a year and officers gave damn to me when I said I would take up to higher authorities. Phone nos are not updated on website making it convenient for officials to be in slumber. Pathetic

    @BSNL_OR I have applied BSNL ftth but I have been told there is no dual band support only 2.4ghz support available no 5ghz support is it right information. @BSNLCorporate

    @AshishEdsikar @elonmusk Hmmmm.... Fiber Cable kahan milega bolo... which karna baking hai. BSNL apply kiye hue 2 months ho gaye. Uske like grievance portal me complaint, ussme bhi last update 10th August ka tha... ab #atmanirbhar hi hu! Full.

    @BSNLCorporate @NEERAJTendua Bsnl is just ****...no promt actions will be taken by you...rather more shitter your service will become. This happens when a lot of uneducated usless people you hire who sit in office with no knowledge how to deal with customers 🙏

    @manojsinhabjp I know because I complained repeatedly with mails, twitter,customer care,grievance cell.the local BSNL Odisha BBSR has taken a stand not to repair the phone.let me suffer .I am also not going to leave the complaint.Hence decided to surrender the phone on 28thjune

    @pureodiasaswata @OrtelComm @OrtelFtth I was one of the first customer of sky view then went for BSNL broadband then later switched over to Ortel FTth then to BSNL Ftth with a hope to get better service. Later disconnected all connections!

    @JM_Scindia Dear Sir, BSNL isn't connecting in Mumbai. My number has got ported on May 01, 2026, and since then I can't use it here. Even wifi doesn't work. I ported to BSNL Tamil Nadu. If you call 8928323328 you will get the message either switched off or out of network area.

    @DoT_India @TRAI . This is the pathetic situation of BSNL service. I have been following up with them for the past 4 days to send portability UPC code . They are unable to resolve the same . An amount of Rs 15 got deducted and till now I didnt get the upc code to port out

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate From yesterday, I am trying to get UPC for porting my sim from BSNL to other service provider.. but despite trying multiple times, not getting the same. From other Jio and VI number, UPC is getting generated instantly. Please do the needful.
