We contacted all persons inclusive of All heads in Khammam BSNL every employee skips the work & shares some contacts of senior level management! Is this the service we opted for ?! We been begging your team to resolve the UNSTABLE internet to fix from the date it was installed

@BSNL_KOTD #BSNL network is very much poor for calling and data both, across the area. And please don't ask for call drop. It's pathetic. Why people are not getting proper service?? What is actually your role being a service provider?? @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

@cgm_mh_bsnl Being BSNL fiber customer, I humbly request BSNL to modify its rs999 plan and add more OTT apps such as PRIME VIDEO,HOICHOI ,so that you can compete with AIRTEL and JIO fiber.They provide all the said apps in their 999 package.Many people removing Bsnl due to this.

@Indirakkdi But it’s a duopoly Mam… It’s either Airtel or Jio. Airtel has pathetic network in and around my home and office area. So I’ve no choice but to be with Jio… Vodafone and BSNL are anyway dead and buried. Idea and Tata Docomo were euthanised.
