@BSNLCorporate It's been around 7 months I haven't received my refund of rs 7200 I have discontinued broadband service on 19/11/2020 by submitting written application to BSNL office I have DM the bill kindly check it ASAP.

@airtelindia Kindly let me know port process from bsnl to airtel (prepaid). Due to negligence of the team @BSNLCorporate and no resolution I have to port immediate basis. Such a public sector did nothing since my ported from airtel to bsnl. So i need to port again

@BSNL_KOTD its unfortunate. I choose bsnl over others. And now bsnl do not serve properly. Your customer care number is never contacted. In night your service almost ok. But in day time its pathetic. latency is very high, speed is very low. Please resolve my problem.
