We contacted all persons inclusive of All heads in Khammam BSNL every employee skips the work & shares some contacts of senior level management! Is this the service we opted for ?! We been begging your team to resolve the UNSTABLE internet to fix from the date it was installed

@BSNL_PB I recharge on 24 june with 399 amount deduct but till now day not regarge done and not refund any money i pay again 399 for recharge, you also know how can i trust on bsnl if not solve my issue till now day

I seen one of the worst experiences with BSNL broadband everyday its down. I don't know what kind of service they are providing. I complained multiple times but its did't get resolved, same issue happing every day network down down down @BSNLCorporate #bsnllatestnews @cgmbsnlupe

@BSNLCorporate @iamWahidWani Recharge be big or small the users of bsnl worried in terms of coverage, speed,ease of payment, poor website and app.I am not proving that he said right but he is in pain to say that as if bsnl,mtnl services and maintenance were privatised then its holds good. No queue faicilty.

@BSNLCorporate My FTTH no. Is 0744-2942440 I just hate how such an small issue is taking so long to solve. I seriously think I should consider any other network. Bcz I'm sure all of them are better then BSNL Could the service provided be anymore worse? -Highly Disappointed-

@mughavaikannan @BSNLCorporate BSNL has widest infra yet very sub par tech support. Also for BSNL it doesn't matter that one is a broadband customer from 15 years (since 128k). Same treatment for all ... " kal (tomorrow) dekhte hai" My issue has since got resolved after about 23 hours.
