    We contacted all persons inclusive of All heads in Khammam BSNL every employee skips the work & shares some contacts of senior level management! Is this the service we opted for ?! We been begging your team to resolve the UNSTABLE internet to fix from the date it was installed

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate What is the definition of 'eligible customers' ? “Yes, the above-mentioned conditions are fulfilled on my smartphone. That is why the Airtel SIM supports VoWiFi, but the BSNL SIM does not.” Kindly note my complaint regarding the same.

    @JM_Scindia @narendramodi @DoT_India Maharaj ji Please address the serious network issues of BSNL, especially in major cities like Ghaziabad where there is virtually no signal. Before focusing on 5G expansion, the basic network infrastructure must work properly. BSNL is a government-owned company and such poor servc

    @Bajaj_Finserv I received mails regarding my cellular connection. It is BSNL sim. Even if you stand on BSNL tower it may get disconnected. address my concern not sim issue .post in x why is so secret.

    @kanak_news The world is laughing at us.We r shouting that we r third in economy in d world.60% people r deprived of getting minimum service from govt.Crores of money is being spent for BSNL. BSNL Mobile tower but JIO&Airtel r doing business.BSNL is a security guard for JIO & Airtel.

    @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate No wonder BSNL is not working. Privatization is clearly needed. Employees show no interest in doing their job and seem to be enjoying free salaries. I called customer care 3–4 times, they pick up the call but don’t respond, only background noise is heard

    @narendramodi Honorable Prime Minister, your dream BSNL service is also very poor. When others call me many times, my call is not received and it says busy. This has caused me a lot of loss. The complaint number is 198. I call the nearest number and I cannot get through.
