    We contacted all persons inclusive of All heads in Khammam BSNL every employee skips the work & shares some contacts of senior level management! Is this the service we opted for ?! We been begging your team to resolve the UNSTABLE internet to fix from the date it was installed

    @BSNLCorporate Hello sir, I am user of BSNL air fiber internet service in area 756040 Panchayt - Dhobasila, Block- Nilgir,Dist-Balasore, Odisha Its been more than 3 month since airfiber service stopped working in my area.Service provider doing nothing. Pls take appropriate action

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @MoitOfficial Disgusting bsnl has changed the benefits of many prepaid plans where as it continue to offer abysmal and horrible services. Shame on bsnl and all it's management people. Better to close this disgusting service.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I am facing an issue while dialing a bsnl number. After dialing, no ringback tone comes during waiting to get answer of call from other party. Because of this, i am unable to understand whether other party is busy or out of reachable. Please help.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR It's been 48hrs since there is no BSNL network and BSNL can't even fix it. The service that you're providing is absolutely worst.
