    We contacted all persons inclusive of All heads in Khammam BSNL every employee skips the work & shares some contacts of senior level management! Is this the service we opted for ?! We been begging your team to resolve the UNSTABLE internet to fix from the date it was installed

    @bsnl_care bsnl network is worst ever network provider. Only good for voice calls but not for browsing etc. Very disappointed switching over from jio. Not able to compete with other network providers. Customer care services are so poor that one can not connect to the executive.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Continuously trying to reach #BSNL cust care at 1503. The call is not getting connected, or in case it gets connected, it is being disconnected l within few secs, or we are not able to hear each other. How to restart ue cust care. Pls help.

    @PMOIndia Sir, though the centre is pushing for upgradation of the BSNL network,there is even no 3G or 4G network in west Bengal, kolkata circle. I bought last year a BSNL 5G sim of Kolkata ,west bengal circle but surprisingly there is no 3G or 4G network till today.

    @InvestorOfJAMMU @grok Most of these budgets probably goes into overhauling the network with indigenous gears. But BSNL as a core telecom company doesn't make any sense, should be taken over by private company or should be a stake sale.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi.I hve a bsnl number 9464301477 which was lost due to theft.I deactivated it.Then I bought another bsnl sim with same number and authorities there said it will be activated within 24 hrs.Still its not activated but network showing and outgoing nd incoming stopped

    If electricity went of jio network disappear as bsnl network disappear before 2 years but now days bsnl is best than jio। Shame on you jio।
