This is not a website issue, because the website is accessible without any problems through Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL networks. The issue occurs only when using your Jio network, where the website cannot be accessed.

When I called for support, I was told to visit nearest BSNL office, which is 45 km away from my home. There is no proper customer care to resolve the issue
