We contacted all persons inclusive of All heads in Khammam BSNL every employee skips the work & shares some contacts of senior level management! Is this the service we opted for ?! We been begging your team to resolve the UNSTABLE internet to fix from the date it was installed

@DoT_India Thanks for the reply, kindly take strict action. I'm still getting call regarding why are you going to port, i told them i just wanted to port nothing else then they(vodafone customer care) replied there's no problem from their side, and i should contact to bsnl @BSNL_BR for this

@DoT_India @TRAI @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, I am FTTH customer since 2011. But since last year your services have gone too bad. Internet disconnects very frequently as soon as there is power cut. Looks like there is no power backup in exchange. It is forcing me for disconnection.

@bsnl_ap_circle @ApCgm When I called customer care they told that they can't take any complaint about it and asked to contact local bsnl office. As there is no office in our town, I called the office under which our town comes by taking numbers from bsnl portal. But they are not lifting phones
