    BSNL gave ftth service to contractor in Gr Noida. But Contractor doesn't work timely,not attend complaint promptly. He sleeps on Sat & Sun like BSNL employees. Even Complaint made on Fri to 1500 but after 4 days, none rectified it. Very poor service.@GmBSNLNoida @BSNLCorporate

    Calling every Tom, **** and Harry in the BSNL office to hear the words, "We'll fix it under 1 week" it's been 2 months of hearing that. Now they have stopped picking our calls. Everyone in our area is frustrated and we've had enough of you.

    @BSNLCorporate Highly Disappointed by service of BSNL FTTH. Extremely rude behaviour by the staff of BSNL Office at Tehsil Misrikh District Sitapur they are just scamming a common peoples. Not Satisfactory review by a BSNL FTTH user.
