    We contacted all persons inclusive of All heads in Khammam BSNL every employee skips the work & shares some contacts of senior level management! Is this the service we opted for ?! We been begging your team to resolve the UNSTABLE internet to fix from the date it was installed

    @BSNLCorporate It’s been a year and yet he didn’t get the refunded amount..bank details of customer is already with BSNL. Why don’t they transfer the amount directly into his account. As a customer he should not go to each and other offices.

    He talked was extremely rude and said how did we get his contact number (given by his official on WhatsApp to contact for NOC) he has no idea and continuously saying that Bahu Plaza aajao btata hu aise koi NOC nhi milti Now the point is how can we pay amount that BSNL is saying

    @MumbaichaDon @Gachibowlidi Mumbaicha Don what do you think about govt investing about 25 billion dollars in BSNL ? Without changing the work culture i feel it may be money down the drain ? Though i completely support the idea of providing low cost high quality rural connectivity. Very strategic idea.

    @BSNLCorporate There is fiber break out at know place, field officer is aware about it. But he is asking for money and we refused to give up. Can you ask him to fix fiber. Have raised multiple complaint but it resolved by BSNL without fixing the issue. When we talk to him he is very rude.
