  @InvestorOfJAMMU @grok Most of these budgets probably goes into overhauling the network with indigenous gears. But BSNL as a core telecom company doesn't make any sense, should be taken over by private company or should be a stake sale.

  @bsnl_care I talked with the staff at mtnl exchange from where the bsnl sims are being provided and they said they don't know anything about this offer. Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.
