    We contacted all persons inclusive of All heads in Khammam BSNL every employee skips the work & shares some contacts of senior level management! Is this the service we opted for ?! We been begging your team to resolve the UNSTABLE internet to fix from the date it was installed

    @bsnlupe @BSNLCorporate I have recharged my number with 319 INR on 7th March 2021 and today BSNL stopped my service,can you resolve my issue ASAP?

    @BSNLCorporate @TelecomTalk E096147901107 this is my complaint for no signal...our area have not network signal from last 24 hours ....if you are choosing BSNL you have to wait for network signals because they have many technical problems in BSNL system

    @BSNL_UPE @bsnl_care few weeks back I opted for a trial for higher speed plan over and above my existing bb plan through ur app. Now I want to unsubscribe/opt-out of it but there's no option anywhere. The customer care lady asked me to visit bsnl office. This is unacceptable.

    @bsnl_care There is no power backup in the substation of BSNL power goes off the broadband is also going off and it will function after the power is charge I am very sorry for the BSNL service in my location if there is an emergency it will face difficulty
