    @gkundra We had a BSNL landline connection. One day it got cut and they never resolved it. We stopped paying the bill from next cycle :)

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Do Indians need to bear the torture by BSNL, in terms of pathatic services. FTTH connections is always down. WFH and online classes are severely disrupted. Depending business has to suffer. Pls shut down BSNL. Useless loss making, tax payers blood sucking orgn

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur I have installed a bsnl FTTH connection at home on 7th july, while applying for the connection I clearly opted for 449 fiber basic plan but surprisingly I get msg for 555 ru plan ,Now I unble to downgrade by plan online and even customer care also not responding

    Thought of taking @airtelindia broad band. Since got fed up with @Airtel_Presence ‘s customer service with mobile , moved to bsnl.. Airtel is such a bad service

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Congrats. V let out our building 2 BSNL RSU EX at Chennai. Nearly 20L rent due. V badly need funds 2 repay loans, 2 do URGENT repairs 2 building & 2 pay taxes. Many reminders upto PM Ji yielded no result. Pl help us. My #9840063161 Regards.

    @BSNLCorporate Need to downgrade my BSNL FTTH plan from Fiber Value to Basic fiber plus, in selfcare portal I find only upgrade option, raised complaint via selfcare portal but of no use, without resolving my complaint status shows problem solved. BB details - 04282 290046.
