    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I'm fed up with BSNL. They don't provide 3G or 4G network. They just provide 2G internet since last night. It's now 1.45 PM of 16-11-2022. BSNL sends message their team is on work. Mohan Singh Kang. Libra.. Khanna..PB.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I am residing in Village Libra, near Khanna. My complaint is that I pay for the 4 G to BSNL for recharge of my phone . But every now and then there is no 4 G network . Many times it's just 2 G. I think that it must be deliberate

    Dear jio from 6 month we are complaining for your poor service and has given several times details you asked for but nothing happened just as usual electricity went off network went off. Bsnl is best than you worst jio.

    @Pallab924660059 As per the Netmonster screenshot BSNL Band 3 aka 1800 MHz showing in neighbouring cells have good signal ( RSRP [-91 dBm]) compared to registered cell Band 28 aka 700 MHz (RSRP [-102 dBm]).

    @bsnl_care is @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate even reading customer posts about their problem or you guys just copy pasting? your tower guy told me that there is power backup issue so try to change the old battery instead of copy pasting your customer service is as bad as your network #BSNL 😡
