    Sarkari Company BSNL ka network pahle bura tha, lekin ab to private companies ke network bhi slow ho gaye, jaise Jio, Airtel, Vodafone, Idea. Log waha baat nahi kar pate, call lagti hai to clear voice nahi, aur network jane par call drop ho jana to common hai. #mobilenetworks

    @BSNLCorporate I understand PM visit is more important than common people's grievance. Just in case if you don't believe me, here is a screenshot of #BSNL network (No Signals) in my area. DM'ed you complete address with landmark. Kindly resolve it.

    Raised issue with GM, AGM of BSNL Varanasi and asked for address but they declined to help and to take any action and were complaining government fund for improper functioning. After paying so much taxes getting nothing in return @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @pamara_pmr @VidhyaS33835629 @sansbarrier Govt did not shut down BSNL, so it's only logical that - if you are gonna run it then do it right. Telecom is the easiest of all. It only shows the incompetence of a gov if they can't run it properly.

    @BSNLCorporate Everytime I try to recharge my Bsnl prepaid no,I get the error message.'Transaction Failed Due to Invalid Service Class'.Also for the last 2 months,I am in the USA,I activated the international roaming pack STV57 in May but so far didn't get any signal on this sim

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL very bad situation of internet and network of bsnl in NIT Silchar , Assam, while other networks are providing great and fast services , the net of bsnl is no working, i have complained many times but no solution,I will port sim on next tuesday

    @BSNLCorporate I have applied for bsnl fibre and submitted application online. 15 days passed no one responded. When customer wants to take service even BSNL seems not interested.

    @SubhasishKarmee SIr, Due to NH Road expansion work sometimes BSNL services are interrupted. However we are making a close watch over it for early restoration. Again instruction given to MSO Madhapur for giving better service to our esteemed customer as and when required..

    @BSNLCorporate I have shared all these details to you in DM as well last week but no response received so far. This is very frustrating for a customer that the mobile no. is inactive from 3 months and BSNL is not doing anything at all (Bad customer support 🙁)
