    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care this is a BSNL system issue, not a customer issue. I have already provided screenshots as evidence. Asking customers to spend time calling customer care to report errors generated by BSNL's own systems is not a solution.

    @IndianTechGuide Why not these many days? I've been using BSNL as my primary number for the past 3 years. I often get signal in places where my secondary SIM doesn't.

    @BSNL_GJ Good Job. My BSNL Landline and Internet are not working since 2604206. It was informed to convert it to FTTH. FTTH contractor has misbehaved and abused me at my residence during the introduction of FTTH in front of BSNL Ahmedabad official. One can trust BSNL not contractors.
