They said that backup power are not in stock from 2 years. . Area.. Gowlipura

    @BSNL_UPEast last three days Internet is down. No one cares. They think their customers are fool because they are using bsnl 4g instead of 5g network.

    @ambiverrrtt @IndianTechGuide okay. Right now, I am using BSNL in Chennai. It is working fine. In fact, I changed my second Sim to BSNL, none of the other network working inside my institute.

    @BSNLCorporate not receiving MESSAGES after your 4G upgrade location 577401( just 0.5 from BSNL office) first provide basic service then upgrade.

    @Jay_sharings @Sridhar18287479 @IndianTechGuide Yes, BSNL provides eSIM services across India as of October 2025. Procedure: 1. Visit a BSNL customer service center with Aadhaar for KYC. 2. Submit request; get QR code via email. 3. On your eSIM-compatible phone: Settings > Mobile Networks > Add eSIM > Scan QR code. 4. Confirm via IVR call; activation takes up to 4 hours. 5. Note: No SMS for 24 hours post-activation per TRAI rules.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 You are doing a great job to reduce price plan both in broadband and sim. But main problem of bsnl that they have lack services For eg if broadband or optical fiber wire breaks then the people of bsnl donot do their job to solve the problem.
