    @BSNL_KL The message service of BSNL is really a disappointing one. I only get the OTPs after session time out during bank transctns, I have to keep resending OTP. Also, recently my bank accnt got locked twice because of this issue, as all the OTPs arrive after a while together.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, We are using BSNL service for more than last 20 years. Our landphone is dead since last August. We complain online and they delete the request. The employees in the exchange are going for other jobs. we paid bills till nov'21 without getting service. #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate i m really disappointed by Bsnl i have complained about my landline no not functioning but they provide pathetic service to customers .My issue is still not being resolved inspite of complaining many times.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Dear sir I’m from village bhatta gautam Buddha nagar Uttar Pradesh and here is BSNL network is available but mostly time network is not working. Plz do something. This is the reason to BSNL is in loss.
