    @tavleen_singh That’s an interesting question but are you assuming that private sector purchasing these assets would make them profitable? Perhaps yes. Productivity may increase. Another layer is BSNL example where the psu was deliberately run down to non-existence and is now being sold.

Bharthnet is the Future Talks BSNL /MTNL /Vodafone / Airtel All are loss making companies and not able to provide proper connectivity to their customers !!!     @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan I apply for new broadband connection request id is 9000616358 but there is no reply from bsnl end and i am still talk to customer executives but they also not have answer about this request. But i need this connection in 2 days.@AshwiniVaishnaw

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India : BSNL authorities have been holding my security amount( 1000rs) since last 2 years. you can follow this twitter thread and find that bsnl is not keen on solving this issue. Should we go to the consumer forum to get back our money?

    When ever I go to nearest BSNL office for register a complaint, They takes but won't resolve the issue, Enough is enough, I am paying Rs 398 monthly not to get 2G speed, 2 year ago They upgraded all towers from 3G to 4G for this **** ?

    @Guns_16 @gpr90662b @tavleen_singh Back then I had fixed line & BSNL internet, but it was really a pain, only 50%-60% availability. After numerous complaints they couldn't improve the quality of service and everytime after repair lineman would ask some money. As mobile internet improved, we ditched it for good.

    @pgm_pune_bsnl @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia BSNL has not attended my landline and broadband complaint. Called helpline 12 times but no avail. If bill is overdue for just 1 day BB is disabled. They why closing complaint without attending? Pathetic service. Followups turn soar.
