    @GoogleIndia I had send RS 220/- on 2nd june2022 through Google pay for recharge of my BSNL sim no 9434466290,but the same not credited as yet. Several times had contacted to the customer care of Google pay but frustrated as yet -------Manik Ganguly, Siliguri, India

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate Since yesterday BSNL ftth server is down. I called local provider he said it will be available, but till now it is not working. His number is switched off, exchange no one is receiving phone and BSNl customer care no one picks up.

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate i have mistakenly done recharge 1498 instead of 1999 I wanted unlimted call & 2GB/day data. bsnl representative not understanding concern & not helping. very poor customer service. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir that's why private winning. bsnl losing share.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL staffs just passing time & no matter of customer issues. Everyone engages in illegal activities. You are unable to take any action after several reminders. your DND service also useless.

    @BSNLCorporate so by saying sorry for the inconvenience your job is over or you even try to get my problem resolved.@AshwiniVaishnaw sir kindly intervene so bsnl also can provide service to their customers. We don't have jio fiber in my area else i would have never opted for bsnl

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN I am really fed up with the service of VI. It's the 4th time my number is getting deactivated by VI within 50 days, after porting from BSNL. Whenever I am out of the station I am facing this repeated issue and no solution was found till now.
