    @bsnl_tt My BSNL land line frequently going out of order. I donot know, I have given so many times copmplint , they are attending, Next day again same problem arising. No permant solution for this problem?

    @Freecharge my BSNL Recharge, which i did on 28th is still showing under process. Please look into this.. no one replied on my support request yet. Either process it refund amount immediately

    @aktupidit @PappuItaly @SHIju513 Bsnl servicr eas disgusting in other part od India..so as MTNL..having said that if you dont like jio you can use other network..similar to this the new law will give you option if you dont want to sell your produce to someone you can sell it to others

    The terminal cannot be configured remotely, please contact Customer support for further assistance What does this mean? And how to contact Customer support when there is no network. Please allow my bsnl no porting as soon as possible. @BSNLCorporate

    @rsprasad @PMOIndia @BSNLCorporate BSNL closed my grievance petition without giving any resolution. It has given an empty promise that it will be resolved soon. How soon? There was nothing discussed with me before the complaint was closed? Wow, is this your prompt response BSNL?

    @BSNLCorporate It’s been more than 2 week still struggling to get back our own number. My father has owned this number from the day bsnl then launched mobile service in hingoli and been loyal customer. Please help to get this resolved.
