    Internet service is totally disrupted in Chitrakoot district of Uttar pradesh due to battery problem . Everyone is blaming their upper authority that we have sent letter to them demanding new battery but no action has been taken yet . Worst service of bsnl fibre .@BSNLCorporate

    Wat happened about my problem I had msged 20 days back I didn't get any response from bsnl authorities it's been a year I didn't get my refund amt . U people don't have a small amt money to give back public 's money.

    @thinkschoolbot Until they improve their customers experience, they will suffer. Nobody wants a BSNL connection due to poor service by the company.

    @BSNL_KTK Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am Suraj Shanbhag. I have FTTH broadband connection. My account number is 9039525894 & phone no. is 08382295393. I want to downgrade my plan to the basic Fibre plan. Unable to go to near BSNL office & no option in self-care portal. Please help.

    @BSNLCorporate 3g connectivity issue have been arisen again at(dalpatpur,dayachhupra,ballia 277205),its been 96 hours of complaint,no proper action have been taken by bsnl team... Please pay attention 🙏😞😞😞

    Bsnl service even 2g is not operational since 2 days in my area ie Kaptanganj, tetahi jamin tetahi area of Azamgarh district and all digital platform is shut down and we are talking about 4g/5g Services of bsnl.
