    I am from karwi chotrakoot (UP) . I need an internet connection ao i went to BSNL office for connection the employee's of BSNL answered me that in SDM colony karwi area have no cable and Y-Max. this problem from very long time that the reasonfor BSNL loss

    Internet service is totally disrupted in Chitrakoot district of Uttar pradesh due to battery problem . Everyone is blaming their upper authority that we have sent letter to them demanding new battery but no action has been taken yet . Worst service of bsnl fibre .@BSNLCorporate

    I play games and do live stream on youtube. Par jab bhi stream karne jao BSNL ka ping issues ata he, upload speed nahi rehta, aur ye 2.5 year se horaha he, agar internet provide nahi karsakte then stop giving your service. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @GoI_MeitY

    @Vijay38947413 @hunkrider It happens when the focus is on the growth of a friend's telecom company. The private sector is preparing for 5G while BSNL is starving for 4G. BSNL is the sole network available in remote and border areas. BSNL is not the sole telecom company in the loss. Look at Vodafone.

    What a stupid goverment network service provided. This is why bsnl company are taken over by some private company. BSNL should be privatization, then only it will work properly. Useless service of government. @BSNL_JK

    @BSNLCare sir Khargone indore dewas dhar barwani The condition of the network is very bad in me, even 3G is not ready to run.We made a mistake by choosing BSNL work this way no problem for bsnl 4g but improve 3g network general public hoping to fix the network with you thank you

    @bsnl_ap_circle This is not fair. If the tower battery has been an issue then it needs to be replaced immediately but still not taken any action. Whenever power cut signal is also lost. This is way to bsnl maintained the towers.

    @BSNL_AS Not doing your job and taking salary is criminal breach of service contract BSNL or any one cannot charge for rental and service which was not provided And showing logged complaints as resolved without attending is another offence all concerned shud face job termination
