  BSNL sold me 200Mbps broadband after 1yr advance payment. Recently tried WFH for 2wks, but speed only 25-36Mbps. Contacted franchise; they suggest changing modem. Called BSNL, no support. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA @CustomerBsnl

  @ViCustomerCare I have ported my mobile number from BSNL to Vi through your store. At the time of porting the SIM, I paid ₹199 for the first recharge. While my phone number has successfully been ported, i have rec message first recharge was not done by VI store pls help..

  @Av_143 @Im_AbhiM Privatization ki mundhu BSNL/DoT used to have a govt monopoly on telecom sector with very slow services. Privatization of telecom sector literally increased competition and drastically reduced prices even in rural areas.

  @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, You’ve announced nationwide WiFi calling, but it’s not working on my Lava Play Ultra 5G and several Samsung devices. The VoWiFi option is missing or not activating despite correct settings. Please clarify device compatibility and fix backend (IMS) support. #BSNL
