@BSNLCorporate Hello BSNL Team, I had recharged my BSNL number at 9:00am today. I had done a recharge of Rs. 398. According to the plan, I should get unlimited internet and calls for 30 days. But my internet is not working even after having full network connection.

Due to bad netwrk, i m nt able to continue my wok as I need to access intrnet but bad netwrk keep chngng again m again frm 2G to 4G n 4G to 2G. @BSNLCorporate i never expect such a worst experience with BSNL. Even I m nt able to able to tag loctn due bad network .

Bsnl complaint No:1053773784 dt 25/5/21 for 0124-2371770 no solution. LPG agency, essential services, can not work without a net. complete data is online. no customer care mail id. not easy to reach cc no 1500. if connected no proper reply. help needed from senior officers Bsnl.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNL_AS the routing is so bad. It's very good until reaching bsnl dns. After that it's sent on a free India trip. And few servers inbetween time out. That's the reason for high latency. Are you going to change the routing or not. please tell.

@JohnRayhan They don't have a customer service, it is non existent. Both @VodafoneGroup and @airtelindia are giving it away to JIO while we customers are still clinging to them just because we don't want to go with JIO. I along with family left both and using BSNL, Happy with BSNL.
