    @TRAI the internet services in my area were disconnected by network operator from last 4 days. I have subscribed to 5 gb per day plan on my BSNL sim card. You are requested to ask BSNL to provide the lost data or increase the validity of my data pack by 4 days to compensate.

    Privatise a sector and this is what happens. The first thing they do is undermine and carpet bomb the state sector and make it fail. This has happened with BSNL, Doordarshan and many examples. And one day the taxpayers will be paying through the nose for these private players.

    @bsnl_care Like this how many times do bsnl need to take complaints to just fix ups issue? What happened to last 10 complaints given ? Bsnl is for just taking complaints @PMOIndia . Bsnl is not that worthy to work over serious customer complaints and they want pay from people tax.
