    @TRAI the internet services in my area were disconnected by network operator from last 4 days. I have subscribed to 5 gb per day plan on my BSNL sim card. You are requested to ask BSNL to provide the lost data or increase the validity of my data pack by 4 days to compensate.

    @DoT_India Unfortunately BSNL is far away from all this as BSNL is unable to provide uninterrupted network in Maharashtra BSNL is unable to provide Roaming in Mumbai and New Delhi BSNL doesn't have Grievance Redressal Mechanism Telecom sector is heavily monopolized This is the REALITY

    @kanak_news Are you the 4th pillar of the Democracy ?? Why are you not asking how mobile phone plan are hike quickly. Who is the responsibility taken of this. Why our public network BSNL are not providing well services. Are you a reporter??
