@TRAI the internet services in my area were disconnected by network operator from last 4 days. I have subscribed to 5 gb per day plan on my BSNL sim card. You are requested to ask BSNL to provide the lost data or increase the validity of my data pack by 4 days to compensate.

@BSNLCorporate It's been over 4 days of outage in BSNL FIBRE. I have been paying more than I would pay any other service provider. Been calling BSNL AND GETTING NO RESPONSE OR RESOLUTION. KINDLY HELP IN APPLYING FOR DISCONNECTION

@BSNLCorporate BSNL, with you for 15+ yrs, don't deduct our money in prepaid sims of your choice, its there for our emergency, we customers have a right to chose our validity extension and plans.. telecom companies can decide to block services if not recharged but not deduct without consent.

@BSNLCorporate 0151-2946899 Internet is again down for the last 2 days. Nobody picks up phone @BSNL office. & if some1 does, they say "cable has broken, we're fixing it". What kind of cable breaks SO FREQUENTLY (twice a week) , & takes avg 3 days to fix? Height of irresponsible attitude

@BSNLCorporate I recharged my mobile no 8096047714 on 31 may 2022 at 10:30 am the payment was successful but in the Bsnl self care app its showing the payment was unsuccessful #BSNL #Twitterseva . your app and customer service is useless waste customer service.
