    @TRAI the internet services in my area were disconnected by network operator from last 4 days. I have subscribed to 5 gb per day plan on my BSNL sim card. You are requested to ask BSNL to provide the lost data or increase the validity of my data pack by 4 days to compensate.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India when will be bsnl launch its 4g service but why bsnl is indirectly hiking price bsnl only have 3g for example 499 plan have 82days daily 2gb plus unlimited calls but not it is reduced by 75 days

    @BSNLCorporate Is there any eta you can provide for fixing this issue.. ? No response from any BSNL authority from my area and mostly they are suggesting to change the connection as BSNL will not be able to resolve the network issue.

    Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

    Is bsnl fibre down ?? While checking speed it's showing maximum subscribed. But while streaming live tv, browsing, it suddenly stops for 10 to 15 sec. @BharatFibreFTTH @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate I did a BSNL recharge on Jan 12 in the Mobikwik, and it failed. @MobiKwikSWAT told me to get written confirmation from BSNL to get a refund of 399. Can u pls provide a testimony here that the recharge failed? BSNL complaint# - 3A12AP307338 & Mobikwik #2032483
