    @CMDBSNL Dear Sir, I am a subscriber of bsnl and my no is- 06154296754. Internet speed is always very slow. When contacted to district level officers for this then no any solution resolved. My plan is 100 Mbps and speed is always 2 to 10 Mbps. I contact Chapra, Muzaffarpur, patna

    @ANI . BSNL has/had big customer base & huge properties but inefficient. Where as Airtel Vi vendors accept money till 8pm in any form Card, Cash BSNL doesn't accept money after 2.00 pm. Internet is not reliable NoGood service.

    @RaajKumarAnand1 Because still DOT absorbed employees are there in BSNL top management. Those are ITS, respect for them, but they are not business oriented. Their policies are best for social welfare, but not profit oriented. Only focus is to achive targets but not service improvements.

    @bqprime @narendramodi In the absence of network coverage of all internet service providers in Varanasi to date, how will users get the benefit of #5G services? Till date all mobile/internet users are not happy with any (Airtel, BSNL, Jio and Vodafone Idea) service providers.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Its been 2 days nobody even bothered to come and see what is the issue. No internet from 3 days. I'm literally so much sick of services. I know no internet provider is perfect but altleast others have 24hr TAT. What is wrong with you BSNL???😡😡

    @BSNLCorporate @Sathishkumarka6 i want to downgrade my fibre plan to basic from basic plus because m not getting good speed there is no option on online portal so i raised a complaint regarding this on online portal they replied that i have to submit application in bsnl office and closed complait

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Right now I'm living in my village & I'm using your bsnl fiber service. But I can't tell how bad my experience is. The net automatically shuts down during my working hours which is annoying. Whenever I asked the problem, they told that the cable is cut somewhere

    last decade. Or, will it be proper and justifiable if the BSNL is rechristened as Bahut Slow Network Limited (BSNL) from now on? The government will do a great justice if it sells 51 percent of its stake in this entity so that the new shareholders will run it
