    @JioCare Sub Division -Bonaigarh, Sundargarh district, Jio network is not providing call and data service from 17 may 2026, 12 AM now it's 18 hours passed we are not able to use SIM call and data service, I am using now BSNL from that data I am able to complaint kindly resolve.

    @JioCare Received Service Restoration Message just now. Thanks for resolution. However please improve on customer service as 24 hours outage is big concern. We don’t want to go back to BSNL era.

    @SKumarAwaaz @Manojshbjpbihar I line just beside of old bus depo near BSNL office jehanabad that hole land is full of drainage water and garbage with long grass. Looking very ugly but administration has not yet any planning for it.

    @BSNLCorporate please improve your network fast like vi because this is the time where BSNL can beat other network operator if you become fast in solving problems and start deploying more towers in repairing old towers
