    @BSNL_BR Sir I am very much aware about the your upgraded version, but my need for only landline phone, and bsnl office forcing me for pay 4500 Rs and take internet connection, due to this reason my landlord is dead from Feb 22. Kindly advise us as a customer...

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate Thanks to BSNL for prompt response, my number is 06345221001, I update all details earlier also, Bsnl office demand 4500 rs for start the landline, I am not able to understand why they charging additional for my old connection. The issue from Feb 22

    @Utkarsh4LMP Please do some action of bsnl mobile network when light supply close signal also go from mobile because mostly bsnl exchange do not have power backup battery are ruin change battery in all bsnl exchange..

    @CGM_WB_BSNL @BSNLCorporate Every time I finally find a BSNL plan that fits perfectly, you guys either reduce the validity or discontinue it next month. Why treat loyal users like beta testers for unstable plans?

    @cvkrishnan The principles that apply to any government organisation surely apply to DPSUs as well. You don't trust a govt Discom to give you uninterrupted power supply or BSNL to give crisp 5g network, certainly not when they're a monopoly. But DPSUs couldn't possibly have those issues. 😶

    BSNL customer Care services are totally dead fools nd irresponsible personal are sitting there a simple issue cannot be handled by them . Since morning I'm trying to get resolved my blocked outgoing call issue not even a single customer care person give me satisfactory answer.
