    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate Thanks to BSNL for prompt response, my number is 06345221001, I update all details earlier also, Bsnl office demand 4500 rs for start the landline, I am not able to understand why they charging additional for my old connection. The issue from Feb 22

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN @DoT_India As usual, BSNL did nothing to resolve the issue. Pathetic service! Sad thing is that DoT doesn't have any policies or SOPs to regulate the service providers to compensate the loss of customers. At least, no amount should be charged for the No Service period.

    Is 40 20202030 a Bsnl official number. Often I get calls on landline saying request has been received to update mobile number linked to the landline phone when I have not made any such request. Can you file a police complaint against the applicant? @BSNL_CHTD @bsnl_tt .

    @JM_Scindia @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir request you to kindly shut down Air India and BSNL respectively. Both these enterprises completely useless. Their services are never ever satisfactory. Unnecessarily paying salary to employees who are of no use.
