    @BSNL_BR Sir I am very much aware about the your upgraded version, but my need for only landline phone, and bsnl office forcing me for pay 4500 Rs and take internet connection, due to this reason my landlord is dead from Feb 22. Kindly advise us as a customer...

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate Thanks to BSNL for prompt response, my number is 06345221001, I update all details earlier also, Bsnl office demand 4500 rs for start the landline, I am not able to understand why they charging additional for my old connection. The issue from Feb 22

    @BSNLCorporate in my location network coverage of bsnl very poor, it shows emergency call only, please provide better network coverage. Gopalnagar, gudhia, murshidabad, west Bengal, 742302.

    @BSNLCorporate Please help me downgrade my Fiber plan from Fiber Premium (999) to Fiber Entry (329). I tried doing it in bsnl self care portal but it supports only upgrade not downgrade. I would appreciate the help, Thank you.

    @BSNLCorporate Also BSNL TOWER NETWORK IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. IF 4G CONNECTIVITY IS STABLE OR MINIMUM 3G COVERAGE IS GOOD THEN WE ARE FINE BUT NOT YET

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Being loyal for > 17 yrs, I am really frustrated when i realised my bsnl ph is not working in roaming. I couldn’t do an imp money transfer to my family. After const followup, got fixed at 6pm. But my wife’s bsnl phone they couldn’t do it. Very Bad service

    I took a new connection of BSNL that there will be 4G high speed internet and seamless experience will be available, but BSNL has only 3G network In many places, even BSNL's 3G network is not available and even if it is available, the internet does not run fast. @BSNL_KOTD
