    @BSNL_BR Sir I am very much aware about the your upgraded version, but my need for only landline phone, and bsnl office forcing me for pay 4500 Rs and take internet connection, due to this reason my landlord is dead from Feb 22. Kindly advise us as a customer...

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate Thanks to BSNL for prompt response, my number is 06345221001, I update all details earlier also, Bsnl office demand 4500 rs for start the landline, I am not able to understand why they charging additional for my old connection. The issue from Feb 22

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, I faced this problem at my home town i.e. Kakrahwa Bazar, Siddharth Nagar, UP 272206. They are doing nothing to improve services. Honestly, it was a pathetic experience from BSNL FTTH!!

    @BSNLCorporate One of worst services are being provided by BSNL fiber . We have spent rupees 3000+ for this setup and expecting an amazing network to enjoy our all stuff smoothly but they always get failed and give poorest solutions ever.

    @bsnl_ap_circle sir, it's been more than 5 hours. Our new FTTH connection speed was reduced to 0 Kbps. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. If I try to compain it in BSNL self-care it's not opening at all.
