    @CMDBSNL BSNL speed and service is bad. Very soon we plan to shift to Jio home broadband services. Charges are also exhorbitant when compared to private operators. We face many issues.

    @JM_Scindia @narendramodi @DoT_India Bsnl support or customer care doesn't work properly. I have raised a complaint about network concern for our area 2 months ago in X.They have sending the same msg again n again no solution provided yet. Even I have visited BSNL Dist office several times. Employees are careless.

    @SID_ODIALIVE Dear Customer, You can temporarily turn off Developer Mode on your phone by following tutorials available on YouTube or other online guides. Once Developer Mode is disabled, you will be able to use the BSNL app for recharges without any issues. Regards, BSNL Care (Sahil)

    @SpBagalkote BSNL network is very poor even 112 help line does not receive updates due to network issues.

    Repeated complaints, escalation on social media, and even complaint closure without resolution — still no improvement in BSNL data service. Customers are paying in advance but forced to depend on other networks for internet access. Complaint No.: E1423150247339

    @TRAI new simcard issued by bsnl mumbai on 4th may 2026 till date remians inactive, why was it issued when there is no network, no response to complaints too.. who will refund my recharge amount @BSNL_MH

    @bsnl_care No improvement in BSNL prepaid data service even after repeated complaints. Complaint docket was closed without resolving the issue, while customers continue paying in advance for unusable data services.
