    @CMDBSNL BSNL speed and service is bad. Very soon we plan to shift to Jio home broadband services. Charges are also exhorbitant when compared to private operators. We face many issues.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL provides terrible pathetic service, the Govt fears the employees hence can't shut down.Its fun for the ministry/ minister and they feel great about it so why provide great customer service/ customer experience.

    @BSNLCorporate I am new customer bsnl and I join 1 Nov and very very dispointed Bsnl, you could not provide me good service. 2 November to 4 November my phone internet not working properly. My phone calls is also working but internet never working.

    @RailTel never seen such a worst internet provider than you. Before today i think BSNL is worst but i was wrong , You are bigger than worst . No words for you @RailTel In our locality there is no other ISP. So we are bound to use it .so please stop cheating.

    My BSNL ACCOUNT NO IS 8008619892. I ALREADY DEACTIVATED YUPP TV SUBSCRIPTION , BUT STILL CHARGES COMING IN MY BILL FROM LAST TEO-THREE MONTHS, NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE AND NO COMPLAINT NO GIVEN. @BSNLCorporate @yupptv @YuppTVScope
