    @CMDBSNL BSNL speed and service is bad. Very soon we plan to shift to Jio home broadband services. Charges are also exhorbitant when compared to private operators. We face many issues.

    i am fedup with bsnl landline and broadband problems in bsnl phone 0755 2625655.this can be varified by you by looking in to no of complaints during last 6 months.i request you to kindly arrange to get it all right by changing cable/instrument at the earliest @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @DoT_India Thanks for the reply, kindly take strict action. I'm still getting call regarding why are you going to port, i told them i just wanted to port nothing else then they(vodafone customer care) replied there's no problem from their side, and i should contact to bsnl @BSNL_BR for this

    None of the bsnl official taking response to giving new broadband connection to me at mattanur.Jto vinod is only saying I will come to see but he never come while broadband cable is going near by my house.

    It's been 15 days since i applied for the BSNL broadband connection.Even after the whole documentation and payment process I haven't got any sort of internet service yet and waiting for a positive response from your your side. Pin-209206, Ghatampur. @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate , It's true that BSNL is not following TRAI rules, I have sent Port message to 1900 many times it unsuccessfully undelivered. When I call to 1503 they told me to do recharge of RS 147 to send particular messages are you binding your customer like this?
