    @RailWireIndia I am trying to call your executive either they didn't pick the call or they cut the call just after picking. Worst services ever seen. I bet Railwaire Going to be like BSNL in few days.

    Booked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician.     @shankjbs175 @kaliyuga_surfer I did port to BSNL last year and the network coverage was so bad that I needed to buy another sim as porting back within 90 days wasn't possible. BSNL is definitely not the option as of now.
