    @RailWireIndia I am trying to call your executive either they didn't pick the call or they cut the call just after picking. Worst services ever seen. I bet Railwaire Going to be like BSNL in few days.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia My father has been a loyal BSNL customer since very beginning, using a BSNL postpaid connection for years. Under the free 5G SIM upgrade scheme, he visited the BSNL Customer Care Centre May 2026 onwards and was issued a new prepaid 5G SIM.

    @Airtel_Presence why only in Airtel, "your incoming call will be stopped in 3 days"? I also use a BSNL, and it never sends such messages or stops incoming services.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_MP_Circle Dear BSNL, despite recharging my SIM, I can receive incoming calls, but outgoing calls are not connecting and SMS are not being sent. This issue is causing serious inconvenience. Please resolve it at the earliest. #BSNL #CustomerSupport

    Good improvement of 4G by @BSNLCorporate at my location. Also they have turned off 3G HSPA+ Service, end of an era for sure. My internet journey had begun from BSNL 3G. But still nearby towers are still on 2G, recieving 4G services from almost a BTS 8KMs away. @bsnl_care

    @stocksbyrishabh I dont get why people pay a lot to airtel and jio? Better to use bsnl. Both office and home has WiFi and there is no point in getting a high priced internet pack for 1/2 hrs per day. Bsnl internet sucks in non metros but gives 2g/3g speed while sayig 4g, good enough for msging
