    @BSNLCorporate Still no action on this, I didnt get hotstar premium yet. Its been 45 days since i got bsnl ftth, with 4 customer care calls and 4 tweets still on the same page. I dont understand whats the problem in providing what advertised all over India.These things should happen seemlessly.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD Dear BSNL,Please increase 3G speed in Kolkata ,the 3G speed is not as much as it should be,especially the upload speed needs to be improved,download speed is quite good but upload speed is very bad.Hope, the problem will be resolved as soon as possible .

    @BSNLCorporate @IndiaSports @Leander It's continuously 4th week...every Saturday Sunday my bsnl ftth got disconnected....resolve my problem permanently otherwise I will go to consumer court....out of 7days ... 3days it goes down...look it into this matter seriously....otherwise I will go for legal action..

    @geekyranjit Which one offers better after sales service & lowest downtime ? Jio Fiber or Airtel Fiber. Recently I have surrendered BSNL broadband connection.

    @BSNLCorporate @ErosNow If you don't want to give service to your customers atleast give me option to port my sim to @reliancejio I am not even able to send port message from my bsnl sim due to no network connection. Not even your customer care number is reachable it always says network is congested.
