    @VodafoneIN Network worst...call drop a part of routine service....voice quality drastic...interner speed at kbps....its better to have a feature phone than a smartphone with the Vodafone Network....Totally fadeup with the service quality....even Bsnl service is better than yours....

    @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL number with 147 plan. Customer care agent said I needs to pay extra 42rs for caller tunes. My BSNL tunes app is also not allowed me to set a caller tune. I need a solution. My number is 9994914407

    @BSNL_BR Already contacted but he is saying that he is not handling such issue of BSNL.Actually one thing i notice here that ppl are working very casually and not taking their job seriously,typical government employee mindset -“ kaam karun ya nahi karun, job rahega hi aur paisa milega hi”

    @BSNLCorporate The internet is not working from 3-5 hours in my BSNL ftth fiber broadband. It is completely shut. I am from Khagaria district of Bihar. STD code-06243.

    @BSNL_HR Internet breaks Yesterday whole night it was not working And now also Bsnl Server down, sometime wires get broken ,whole system is fedup please look into it so things don't happen again Place :kalka District : panchkula Haryana 133302

    @MobiKwik i did a vodafone reacharge it was not done when i complained support chat bot just gave transaction id and showed successful same with bsnl recharg. Better to go on parent company site.

    @BSNL_BR @Nitish880332 BSNL 4G network never come because BSNL and Central Government is not interested for this. BSNL mobile internet data not yet available in our Area,We have many complaint but not yet Resolve.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR My BSNL Bharat Fiber is down since yesterday morning complaint lodged.. Not Corrected till now ISDN: 07692-291025 Fault Booking Number 16780850381 Baripada BSNL office always delays to take up these issue.

    @bsnl_ap_circle Hi BSNL team, what is process to get refund of landline deposit amount. We tried in local Kandukur BSNL office, District head quarters Ongole and tried in customer care service. But no one helping to progress to claim it. Please advise best way to get the refund.
