    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Till last Thursday past 10 year's I'm bsnl Customer because of volte and 4g network i did MNP from BSNL to Airtel, Now i become disappointed with Airtel, Could you please resolve this volte issue as soon as possible, don't take long time as 27th July etc..

    @BSNLCorporate Hi sir I am from south Bangalore my house is near electronic city ,Anath Nagar .Our Bsnl office is Bommsandara , telephone exchange is dadys gradan our exchange is down from last 1 week nt getting any proper response from officer pls check and fix issue.

    @Soham72_100b 100% relatable. Technology can never replace service. BSNL needs to fire 80% of staff and outsource its customer service to a private entity.

    BSNL is planning something ambitious. The state-run telecom operator will upgrade all its 4G towers to 5G within the next 6 to 8 months, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia announced at the Kautilya Economic Conclave. What makes this interesting is that BSNL chose the harder path. Instead of buying equipment from foreign vendors, it developed a completely indigenous telecom stack with C-DOT, Tejas Networks and TCS in just 22 months. This puts India in an exclusive group of only five countries with end-to-end homegrown telecom capabilities. So far, 92,564 towers have been commissioned nationwide. The turnaround has been dramatic. BSNL posted an operating profit of Rs 5,396 crore this fiscal year, more than doubling last year's Rs 2,164 crore. After years of decline, its subscriber base actually grew to 9.1 crore from 8.7 crore. The 4G network exploded from 9,000 sites to 98,000 in just over a year, now serving 22 million people. Union Minister Scindia emphasised that India's next growth phase needs innovation, not imitation, particularly in telecom, semiconductors and AI. With 7.8% GDP growth in Q1 FY2025-26, India is on track to become the world's third-largest economy by late 2027. (Source: The Financial Express)

    @BSNL_BR I went to the bsnl office madhubani today on 6/10/2025 I went there to buy a sim card and later had to use the washroom but the situation is worse that it is beyond imagination. I am not sure if there is funds issue or not but at least hygiene should have been maintained

    @bsnl_care Every month, BSNL is charging a 'one-time fee' of Rs. 100 in the fibre bill. If it is a one-time charge, then why is it being billed every month? My account no is 8009316304. Please look into my issue.
