No customer care, no, services provided by bsnl csc centre. If no one working bsnl then terminate cmd, tax payers wasted for paying him.

It's yet not activated. customer care asking asking to go to bsnl office. Then I switch my mobile on Flight mode and again on normal mode and manually search network. After this exercise, I can see Vi-BSNL network again on mobile.
