It's yet not activated. customer care asking asking to go to bsnl office. Visited BSNL office, staff insisted Rs100 cash only for sim changes only cash and refused to give receipt. Website says replace sim 50

No customer care, no, services provided by bsnl csc centre. If no one working bsnl then terminate cmd, tax payers wasted for paying him.
