    Why does it take 8 months, to which there was no reply. What ancient times does the BSNL lives in that it takes 8 months to mere return the deposit amount to its customer?

    The landline service has been disconnected now, but the deposit is yet not credited to the bank account. I went to the BSNL office again to ask about the deposit amount, to which they said that, it takes 8 months for the deposit amount to be returned to the customer.

    Due to financial reasons, including high debt of MTNL, the merger of BSNL and MTNL is deferred. Hon’ble MoS(C) has told the Parliament. BSNLEU has already written to the Hon’ble Prime Minister, stating that, the merger with MTNL will do irreparable damage to BSNL.

    @ShashiTharoor Sir, The comprison show in the download/uploaded speed with other operators does not seem good as there is no comparison of 3G speed with 4G speed. And that too when Govt PSU BSNL has been debarred from launching 4G service but private operator were allowed to launch.

    Hi @BSNLCorporate I have taken a broadband service, 6 months back but from last two months it is not even working. Have raised complaints three times but no one contacted me to resolve this. I am just irritated, if you can't provide the service just remove it. #BSNL #BroadBand
