@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have applied for new bsnl FTTH connection 1 week before only.. still not yet given the connection, the bsnl local executive person not rcvng call also, just dragged a wire in d the that's it, what a poor service from BSNL, very disgusting experience...

@BSNLCorporate your CMD office has failed to acknowledge the receipt of my emails that I have been sending since July/aug 2022. If you are unable to resolve the issue or provide services, let me know so I can port my numbers to other operators and disconnect my BSNL fiber connections.

Any one please help here. In my area 202130 BSNL FTTH network provider is earning money like anything. He is not ready to provide me a new connection since more than 6 months. He is just saying a technical way to ignore the request. @BSNLCorporate

Dear @ViCustomerCare I ha e ported from BSNL to VI on 14/01/23. However my services have yet not started. On calling any no I get voice msg that my services have been temp withdrawn. Plz help as 5909 is not verifying as well.

@BSNL_UPW Made an online complaint on yesterday with reg no 1058692106 but no action yet. Customer care informing that it yakes 24-48 hrs for closing complaint. That response to complaint is one of Reason for shifting of BSNL base to private operators.

@BSNLCorporate Sir, this latest complaint stands registered for last 15 days and nothing is being done. Visit to local bsnl office tells that complaint resolved. It's a very sad and pathetic situation with your services and maintenance of basic infrastructure. You should see how the cables sit!
