    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have applied for new bsnl FTTH connection 1 week before only.. still not yet given the connection, the bsnl local executive person not rcvng call also, just dragged a wire in d the that's it, what a poor service from BSNL, very disgusting experience...

    @gemsofbabus_ The serious excess is besides the fact that @BSNLCorporate is notorious for its highly corrupt management doing side deals and payoffs with vendors at the cost of service quality for BSNL. If the company has reached the present state, it is the result of the past corruption.

    @tradingwithdrk @ShivAroor Good morning! The BSNL Director referenced in the recent Prayagraj visit controversy is Vivek Banzal (Director - Consumer Fixed Access). He is a 1987-batch Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS) officer—not IAS. ITS officers are recruited directly via UPSC Engineering Services Exam (Group A central service). (For context, BSNL's CMD is A. Robert J. Ravi, also ITS, holding additional charge.)

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @TRAI past 1 month with no resolution from BSNL. My ₹300 recharge validity is wasted without any service. Just sending complaint numbers but no actual solution. Extremely disappointing experience. Stop buying BSNL SIM CARD. They just SCAM you. #bsnlscam #traiscam

    @YTKDIndia @BSNLCorporate To think that it is an isolated case is to miss the systemic problem. It would not have happened unless it is part of a hidden protocol. There should either be a detailed investigation or CMD of BSNL should be questioned on governance. Investigationa can extend to all PSUs.
