    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have applied for new bsnl FTTH connection 1 week before only.. still not yet given the connection, the bsnl local executive person not rcvng call also, just dragged a wire in d the that's it, what a poor service from BSNL, very disgusting experience...

    @BSNL_KL First launch 4G then increase price or reduce bsnl plan validity. Bsnl is fooling customer by reducing plan validity each month. The one reason I stay in bsnl because of plan validity 🥴. You guys are reducing it so there is no difference between bsnl and private company in price

    @BSNL_KL Bsnl have no internet speed, useless network even call clarity is wrost. Due to of less plan validity I'm porting out from BSNL. Kerala people choose bsnl is because of one main reason plan validity. You guys are decreasing it. It is better to choose other operator as primary

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Pre-Lead No(16759395022) Received a call from BSNL confirming my address and said they will reach me within 24-48 hours. It's been 4 days and I still haven't received any calls from BSNL. It is an emergency situation. internet connection is required ASAP
