    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have applied for new bsnl FTTH connection 1 week before only.. still not yet given the connection, the bsnl local executive person not rcvng call also, just dragged a wire in d the that's it, what a poor service from BSNL, very disgusting experience...

    Its been 2 days since internet connection is gone, no one from Local team is responding positively. Ironically everyone switched off their phone today. No wonder why BSNL is losing its customers to its rivals. Great service @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @BSNL_KOTD No internet connection in my flat.Requested to resolve it.Useless customer care said it's resolved but yet it's not resolved.Asked the person who gave connection in my flat but he did not bother.Missed to watch the match what a win by team india.Shameless BSNL

    @bsnlpune, @BSNLCorporate, I am frustrated with the worst quality of after-sales service given by BSNL at Pune for Broadband fiber, My connection is out of order for the last 3 days, several complaints. Nobody turned up for rectification. Customer Id:1026677191

    What hurts me more is the person there doesn't allow any one to be in the cabin and rudely asks them to wait outside which I feel is a very bad gesture. I didnot even have such a bad experience in government outlets such as BSNL.

    @ViCustomerCare vi network and internet speed both are very much fluctuating like bsnl and their customer service is worst as even tried so many times via their toll free number and every time disconnected automatically so much poor service from vi.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPWEST From yesterday 11 pm to till now BSNL network is not available. Even if talking to bsnl employees or sdo etc. He is talking to purchase bsnl fiber. I am unable to know how bsnl network in my phone will come after purchase bsnl fiber connection.
