    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have applied for new bsnl FTTH connection 1 week before only.. still not yet given the connection, the bsnl local executive person not rcvng call also, just dragged a wire in d the that's it, what a poor service from BSNL, very disgusting experience...

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Frequent network down issue for bsnl users in Pune region. Contacted customer service, they just suggested to restart my cell, but the issue still exists. Sometimes it shows a full network but still not able to call anyone nor receive any calls.

    Make sense,also let me know the procedure to disconnect the line,fed up of this irregular service,but in one thing bsnl seems to be regular , in keeping the lines down .pls take corrective action at the earliest

    Cheating with customers. 👇 I took connection on 23/09/2022 and from 1st October 2022 to till today, it disconnects at 10 AM and service resumes at 4 PM on daily basis. BSNL is stealing data / connection from retail customers in office Timing. @bsnlrajasthan @BSNLCorporate
