    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have applied for new bsnl FTTH connection 1 week before only.. still not yet given the connection, the bsnl local executive person not rcvng call also, just dragged a wire in d the that's it, what a poor service from BSNL, very disgusting experience...

    @Ravisutanjani Post office will go down like BSNL. It's only surviving with govt funds like old age pension whichnis delivered through post office. They give horrible time even to encash one NSC certificate.

    Online payment made towards Bharat Fibre BSNL Bill received no acknowledgement from BSNL and our complaint at their Portal was unheeded. Support @ 154 are so atrocious, they cut you off while you are narrating your complaint. Nearest BSNL Office 25 kms, one way. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND .Sir I had done a recharge of 98 rs on my bsnl number 9039356598 by paytm.they show it's successful but I didn't received any recharge on my number..Is there any issue from your end?????Please resolve as soon as possible.

    From last 8 months I have call drop problem. And from last 2 months Im trying to get help from the customer care service.But each and every time they are registering my complaint, and same day by the evening I'm getting a massage that my docket number has been closed. So bad BSNL
