  If you have an iPhone with BSNL as a secondary SIM and it's running hot: 1. The quickest fix: Settings → Cellular → BSNL → Turn Off This Line. Heat should drop within an hour. 2. Turn off Wi-Fi Calling for BSNL 3. Don't charge while hot, let it cool first, passively 4.
