  @Jubair40681193 Hi, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days.   Tried with different mobile numbers multiple times. No joy. Your Sim won't even recognise BSNL network in Mumbai. WTF is the use of maintaining BSNL Sim with ₹500 extra for Mumbai coverage? Forget data. Can't even get OTP at Mumbai Central station to buy a ticket.

  @PMOIndia my oldest mobile no is out of bsnl network. i am no getting any otp. kindly take out ipo of bsnl, sell bsnl. kindly tell them to port with available balance. they are not giving any service....except broadband
