@BSNLCorporate But this issue crops up every week. In an era where customer satisfaction is the sole focus, BSNL has been focussing on how to irk its customers. Later blame government that they aren't supporting them. This one reason has been instrumental in fall of many corporates.

@BSNLCorporate What prompt action are you going to take? I am facing this issue since 2 years. I complained initially but since nobody responded I stopped complaining. If you don't improve network then I won't continue with BSNL.
