    @snaik_bsnl no one is rectifying my BSNL broadband even after repeated complaint. In this lockdown internet is the only medium to do business. Excuses are sham like we have outsourced to contractors etc. Please do something 0680-2233401.N.B.response to. Calls are at will basis

    @CMDBSNL, @BSNL_OR, @pib_comm Very inefficient and pathetic service from BSNL Bharat fibre. In my area internet is down since last 3 days. It happens 3-4 times a month. My docket no is 16357359225, customer no. 3008229991. Same miserable corrupt work culture of bsnl is unchanged.

    @BSNLCorporate Due to some issue with your franchisee, I was told to close my old connection (no. 0680-2982092). Immediately paid the payment for the new connection. The GM, BSNL, Berhampur (Odisha) is also updated about this since the team could not do anything. We are so helpless

    @rsprasad Sir Namaskar BSNL is always problem at BUDHAMBO under Ganjam district of odisha.. we are unable to do postal work properly.always net work fail . if we inquiry about problem reply came no diesel supply for generator operate.What we will do. Plz take look in this matter

During the cable cut issues we have paid 500 rupees which creates us a unexpected expenses. Bsnl need to fix this and ensure this vulnerability doesn't create further issues. @jagograhakjago

    @TelecomTalk They are improving very slow that's the problem. Some areas they are good better than private telcom but not all areas that's the problem if they rectified means bsnl will be my primary sim.

    @IndianGems_ Wr are forced to pay min 7₹ per day for such services without internet. This is insane. Only BSNL give per day 4₹ tariff for service without internet
