@rsprasad Sir Namaskar BSNL is always problem at BUDHAMBO under Ganjam district of odisha.. we are unable to do postal work properly.always net work fail . if we inquiry about problem reply came no diesel supply for generator operate.What we will do. Plz take look in this matter

@snaik_bsnl @snaik_bsnl no one is rectifying my BSNL broadband even after repeated complaint. In this lockdown internet is the only medium to do business. Excuses are sham like we have outsourced to contractors etc. Please do something .N.B.response to. Calls are at will basis

@BSNLCorporate Due to some issue with your franchisee, I was told to close my old connection (no. 0680-2982092). Immediately paid the payment for the new connection. The GM, BSNL, Berhampur (Odisha) is also updated about this since the team could not do anything. We are so helpless

This is the prime location in Ripponpet,Sagar Road. It's just opposite to Post Office, SBI Bank. Additional within 100 meter, there is veterinary hospital, BSNL hospital, MESCOM office. Already informed local PDO, panchayat bodies and informed Tahashildar as well, but no help

@BSNLCorporate @ErosNow Why is BSNL staff not fixing reported issues on phone lines at the 0469 exchange? When a complaint is filed there is no end date on when the issue will get resolved. OPEN ENDED complaints booking systems are just too PHONY and customers are left without another option.
