    @snaik_bsnl no one is rectifying my BSNL broadband even after repeated complaint. In this lockdown internet is the only medium to do business. Excuses are sham like we have outsourced to contractors etc. Please do something 0680-2233401.N.B.response to. Calls are at will basis

    @rsprasad Sir Namaskar BSNL is always problem at BUDHAMBO under Ganjam district of odisha.. we are unable to do postal work properly.always net work fail . if we inquiry about problem reply came no diesel supply for generator operate.What we will do. Plz take look in this matter

    @CMDBSNL, @BSNL_OR, @pib_comm Very inefficient and pathetic service from BSNL Bharat fibre. In my area internet is down since last 3 days. It happens 3-4 times a month. My docket no is 16357359225, customer no. 3008229991. Same miserable corrupt work culture of bsnl is unchanged.

    @BSNLCorporate Due to some issue with your franchisee, I was told to close my old connection (no. 0680-2982092). Immediately paid the payment for the new connection. The GM, BSNL, Berhampur (Odisha) is also updated about this since the team could not do anything. We are so helpless

    call just disconnects on its own. The sad part is that I tried BSNL around 6 months ago and at least 4G used to appear on the roof sometimes. Now even that is gone. The network has actually gotten worse. I have been seeing this same situation for almost 7 or 8 years

    @umashankarsingh @airtelindia what service provider? as if we have multiple service providers. Jio, airtel, voda, BSNL. jio n airtel are same , lets forget vodafone. BSNL is for calls only Internet dosnt work in bsnl.

    There always remains some signal issue in our area, Wathoora Chadoora Budgam while a BSNL Tower has been installed there within a 1/2 km still we get signal off and on . After recently imposing of restrictions it is totally down.plese get solved this signal problem

    @reliancejio We get just LTE+ from #Jio, but in our area Airtel provides 5G, BSNL provides 4G. The indoor signal of both Airtel & BSNL are so good, but #Jio indoor signal is so poor. So if you don't resolve this, we may have to port out to Airtel or BSNL. Will you really help.

    @airtelindia port the my number to bsnl to airtel. Sim taken from airtel person and mentioned as you will get first recharge free and it not happen connected to customer care they are saying we are the not correct persons what the hell it is. Stupid customer care and airtel
