@BSNLCorporate Due to some issue with your franchisee, I was told to close my old connection (no. 0680-2982092). Immediately paid the payment for the new connection. The GM, BSNL, Berhampur (Odisha) is also updated about this since the team could not do anything. We are so helpless

@SatvikSehgal @nikhilpai This feels the same way back then for 4G VOLTE Service activation for Jio, airtel, Vodafone Idea & BSNL 4G (few places for BSNL 4G). Both phone manufacturers and telecom carriers should perform a handshake for 5G activation on server side (OTA update).
