@rsprasad Sir Namaskar BSNL is always problem at BUDHAMBO under Ganjam district of odisha.. we are unable to do postal work properly.always net work fail . if we inquiry about problem reply came no diesel supply for generator operate.What we will do. Plz take look in this matter

@BSNLCorporate Due to some issue with your franchisee, I was told to close my old connection (no. 0680-2982092). Immediately paid the payment for the new connection. The GM, BSNL, Berhampur (Odisha) is also updated about this since the team could not do anything. We are so helpless

I have lost my BSNL sim . The sim was in Chattisgarh circle. Now I am in delhi and BSNL refuces to give the duplicate sim in Delhi. BSNL says to get sim, go chhattisgarh and I don't want to go chhattisgarh. BSNL should upgrade its service. Please help me. @TRAI @BSNLCorporate

Staying connected to my sisters who live abroad. This is utterly poor service by BSNL and if this is not fixed permanently, I will be looking into discontinuing the service and opt for other provider in my area. I need someone to come and fix my broadband as soon as possible.

@BSNLCorporate i have recharged my bsnl no on 2nd Jan 2022, plan amount 147rs for 30days. But my plan is expired on 25th which is yesterday how it's possible. My plan must be validated till 1st Feb but why 25th. Kindly fix this issue asap!!!

Phone is dancing between 4G and 5 G ,network is coming and going..Just make people fool of 5G..Either got is not serious at all or PMO office is sleeping..Could understand for JIO money is everything..Better to switch to BSNL...

@radsraghu the telephone wires get exposed when that happens and every single time without fail, they steal it and takes weeks to get it fixed and considering BSNL's financial position and bureaucracy it was getting difficult for them as well.
