    @rsprasad Sir Namaskar BSNL is always problem at BUDHAMBO under Ganjam district of odisha.. we are unable to do postal work properly.always net work fail . if we inquiry about problem reply came no diesel supply for generator operate.What we will do. Plz take look in this matter

    @snaik_bsnl no one is rectifying my BSNL broadband even after repeated complaint. In this lockdown internet is the only medium to do business. Excuses are sham like we have outsourced to contractors etc. Please do something 0680-2233401.N.B.response to. Calls are at will basis

    @BSNLCorporate Due to some issue with your franchisee, I was told to close my old connection (no. 0680-2982092). Immediately paid the payment for the new connection. The GM, BSNL, Berhampur (Odisha) is also updated about this since the team could not do anything. We are so helpless

    From last 10 days calling bsnl. For bill of the month Feb, against landline no- 02025236164. But no body receiving my calls and no answer to email also by warje pune CSC, wilorst service. Pls help

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Horrible services of landline dept. Line dead since a month, no response despite several visits to telephone exchange and calls to customer care. On the top of it, auto debit for last month's bill doesn't reflect on the BSNL website. Sheer harassment!!

    @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate after so many complaints i think its a waate to pay 1500 every minth to Bsnl.. zero customer complaint resolution..zero credibility.. zero response.. typical 3rd grade attitude towards customers..

    @bsnl_tt kindly check the performance of tower in penubally MRO office (pin code 507302). Recently i ported to #BSNL from #Airtel . Sometimes it’s stopping network and showing “No Service” kindly look into it. Data is 3g still. Kindly improve performance of tower
