@BSNL_KOTD its unfortunate. I choose bsnl over others. And now bsnl do not serve properly. Your customer care number is never contacted. In night your service almost ok. But in day time its pathetic. latency is very high, speed is very low. Please resolve my problem.

@BSNLCorporate It's been around 7 months I haven't received my refund of rs 7200 I have discontinued broadband service on 19/11/2020 by submitting written application to BSNL office I have DM the bill kindly check it ASAP.

@BSNLCorporate SI DM'ed yuo. still no resolution. instead of 8 Mbps i get 1 Mbps and upload must be 8 Mbps but I get 0.04 mbps. For 2 weeks and more issue is not resolved. multiple complaints have been closed by BSNL team without providing any resolution WHY? this is last time, else I quit BSNL
