    @BSNL_KL Palakkad BSNL discourages to avail Har Ghar Wifi offer. They ask to contact local service provider and we are redirected to BSNL by local service provider. Registered complaints with CPGRAMS (DOTEL/E/2023/0002187) and Minister Aswini Vaishnav ( PMOPG/E/2023/0016222)

    I recharged my number on 8th on my bsnl sim of ₹187 but it is still not reflected. I book a complaint on 14th, January the support team have me resolution of 16th, January. But now when I calling customer they cut my call and behave rudely #fraud @BSNLCorporate @consumerforum_

    @DmAlmora Upon asking the lineman for help, he always has one thing to say, "BSNL se dikkat hai." We don't have any towers here as well, and without internet we can't even make phone calls. So, the situation is really bad when it comes to internet here. Please help. 🙏

    @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate My BSNL landline number is 01334251482 which is dead from last 13th Jan,2023. I have complained many times online but every next day I get message that the complaint has been resolved. whats going on in bsnl jawalapur haridwar there?

    @DoT_India Sir there is big problem for VSNL IDA pensioners. 6 yrs over no implementation of 3rd DPE scale wef 1.1.2017. No CGHS facility. No P-ID cards. VSNL now TCL, VSNL pensioners are alive. DOT must mention in their all orders to BSNL/MTNL that, it's applicable to VSNL pensioners also.

    @PMOIndia sir,waste of keeping BSNL service. Pathetic services noted, while all the other networks are currently working to implement 5g but bsnl still in 4g.FTTH services in Hyderabad rest are worst, least attended technician. Make BSNL private sir.

    Every time try to login in @BSNLCorporate self care portal , it takes 15 min to get OTP, in which era you guyz are living , don't spoil image of BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Update: Contacted Jto Chaibasa as advised. Jto arranged for TIP to visit my residence and they reconfigured the Syrotech Dual Band (annual plan) Router. BSNL Jamshedpur CNCO informed that 282 series cannot support voice. So my number is being changed. Ref. No. 16813085673.
