    How exactly does privatization help PSUs and how seriously should you take the whole drive? Privatization addresses the biggest pain point of PSUs - Operational Inefficiency. Many of our PSUs in the past have suffered a bad fate due to operational inefficiencies - BSNL, (12/23)

    @DoT_India BSNL has not resolved my complaint after 23 days. Is this the service? Frustrating customers by charging them illegally. @BSNLCorporate Stop giving same automated message and resolved my above complaint no. @DoT_India Why don't you take some action on this?

    @Mayur_2610 Dear Sir Please help to me get activate the DND Service from BSNL Sim we have purchase pack with 153/- but won't applicable I want activate DND SERVICE please solved the issue other wise we have option with other company portability

    @JioCare u can't provide better network. Refund my recharge. I'll happily move to other network. Bsnl 3g is way too better than Jio "4G"

    @reliancejio I made a huge mistake by not choosing your network. I am genuinely SORRY I made a huge mistake in porting to @airtelindia from BSNL Now I am stuck with these con artists for 90days 😭😭😭😔 6 days and no network No one to complain to

    @idesibanda Yes I stand with you, but want an answer from you why you never revolted when banks were migrating from BSNL and MTNL to private players for CUG services why not then every employee of banking staff ported out from BSNL to jio. Even now when DA for PSUs were freezed...

    @insane_lok Well My Bank still have BSNL as 1st connection. But you will get hurt to know that BSNL charges is 2/3 times of what that private players offering, but yes BSNL is still have better reachability till remote locations so still with us. Lower down charges plz.

    I need complete refund of my jio pack for last 3 months. Not only my refund i need refund of my family too. I have given complaint many a times to @reliancejio . We are not at all able to surf, browse anything though having full network in our are. Twitting from bsnl 3g #jiosucks
