@BSNLCorporate Got a call from +914242252000. A DE from BSNL Erode. She said she got email complaint & enquired about the issue I am facing. I explained about frequent outages. She did not provide any proper resolution or steps taken by BSNL to fix my issue. Was keen on closing the complaint.

Such a pathetic service from @BSNLUPWEST @BSNLCorporate The Internet Service always goes down 10 Times a Day Without any Reason, No Support from BSNL Officers and Staff, No Officer picks up the Call and is always on Leave or Lunch @pib_comm

@BSNLCorporate I have been trying to activate ‘imessage’ since last two days on my BSNL no. But, it just won’t happen. Your customer care is also clueless about it. They say different things and none of those work.
