  @BSNLCorporate Hello Team, please ensure this issue is fixed asap. Mr Sekhar is still not responding and he is a very problematic person. If services are not handed over to another person, bsnl ll lose many ftth connection in this area, as there are other isp options available now & serve well.

  @BSNL_HR Disappointed with the service provided since last three days by BSNL Sonipat. My internet connection is giving me lot of trouble. Despite multiple calls, no one takes the call. Authorities are responsible for this dissatisfactory services. Strict actions shall be taken.

  @FinancialXpress @BSNLCorporate also provide network for those many days. you offer your towers to pvt players to run their networks but your own bsnl network does not work. Amazing isn't it?

  BSNL,Nagpur is worst Governed organisation. Third time in two yrs there is no fibre net for one week. Overhead cable frequently breaks. . Action only when 10 reminders are given to some Thakur or Shukla in Khamla BSNL. Well I am paying you all along regularly. Fix it at least

  @BSNLCorporate It has been 3 days plus 4 hours since my Internet has been down. & this has been going on since 6 months. No1 bothers to answer calls at BSNL ofc, or to check up on the service. How much more do I have to wait for a working Internet? Esp. when I have paid thousands already
