    @bsnl_ap_circle Hi BSNL team, what is process to get refund of landline deposit amount. We tried in local Kandukur BSNL office, District head quarters Ongole and tried in customer care service. But no one helping to progress to claim it. Please advise best way to get the refund.

    @BSNLCorporate #Today when I went to BSNL office shahapur to pay the bill, I had a very bad experience. There was no staff at the place to take the bill. And it is very unfortunate that today is the last date for bill payment and there is no staff at all. I am suffering

    @BSNL_BR Already contacted but he is saying that he is not handling such issue of BSNL.Actually one thing i notice here that ppl are working very casually and not taking their job seriously,typical government employee mindset -“ kaam karun ya nahi karun, job rahega hi aur paisa milega hi”

    @MobiKwik I had recharged my BSNL no. 9888996539 money has been deducted from my debit card but recharge not done I had registered my complaint 4 times none of ur representative talk with me and mark my problem resolved .my alternate no. 8284800513
