Nature (@HelpNaturerecov) reported@bsnl_care Bsnl have no capacity to fix even a ups for years in its own tower. For years, we saw how bsnl works diligently. Don't fool customer by taking complaints and closing next day. For doing this, why getting paid from people money!! Worthless network

Piyush Trades (@piyush_trades) reportedAirtel has now banned using their unlimited mobile data through hotspot on laptops. I have to go on a trip next week, so how exactly am I supposed to use internet on my laptop? This company made a profit of over ₹76,000 crores in the last two years when they were allowing hotspots. Now they want to ban hotspots to maximise their profit even further. The greed of these people are never ending. Shameless. Truly, the Indian telecom duopoly is working for themselves; not the nation. I strongly feel the need of a strong BSNL in this country today.

Dinesh Mishra (@dm0000000000001) reportedLoyalty has a price, and I've paid it for years as a BSNL user. Unfortunately, persistent network failures have forced me to rely on private players like Airtel, where I am now subjected to arbitrary pricing and predatory service tactics.

Pradeep Banavara (@pbanavara) reported@jsensarma Yeah I misaligned protectionism with guarantees. I think despite guarantees flagship Indian enterprises have failed at global levels. BSNL or even HAL. So am not sure domestic guarantees alone help spur the needed innovation. US innovation sparked mostly because of DoD guarantees - the same model didn't work with HAL. No idea why.

Ocean Wave (@Dynamo_2024) reported@bsnl_care Answer: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is officially responsible for deploying and managing the 4G and 5G network infrastructure in the MTNL service areas (the Delhi and Mumbai circles). Msg 2 of 2.....

Deep̶a̶k̶𝘚𝘩𝘳𝘪 Upendra (@udeepak) reported@BhavikABarad1 @rameshsrivats Sure. That's not Airtel's problem, right? They are a private company who have no obligation to fulfil your needs. You are at liberty to buy their services if you wish to. If not, please go ahead and get Jio or BSNL or any other service that suits your need.

RJ Alekh (@alekhpatel96) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Look, even if your 5G isn't stable..and honestly, your 5G network doesn't work properly in any village anyway..at least provide decent 4G! Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL are much better than you in this regard.

Michael Mahilane (@MichaelMahilan1) reported@DARPG_GoI do something strict against BSNL. Their entire broadband system is practically in the "ICU" and absolutely no official wants to take any responsibility for it! If a customer complains about faulty internet, they casually take 15 to 20 days just to fix a basic issue.
