    @BSNLCorporate My bsnl prepaid no 9415563981 is not in working order. Outgoing calls are not possible in spite of valid recharge. Plz lodge my complaint.

    @TG_TriGany As my point of view band 1 - 2100MHz is too slow in bsnl compared to band 28 - 700MHz. Don't know why?

    Tried to post complaint on app, submit button stays inactive. Called Cust Serv @18004444 the rep tells me I have to call from MP simcard the only they can help. Then I called from bsnl landline in MP and then call wouldn’t go. What a dark age in communication by BSNL! Wow

    Dear @DoT_India @TRAI, BSNL offers Missed Call Alerts free across India, but charges ₹30/month in Jammu & Kashmir. Why this discrimination? We too deserve the same free service. Kindly intervene and make MCA free in J&K. 🙏 #DigitalIndia #OneNationOneService @PMOIndia

    @canarabank I called many times but the call did not connect even once,so I am asking for help through social media.BSNL customer care officials are saying that talk to the bank because your recharge has not been done.The money has been deducted from my account and has not been returned yet.

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_MP_Circle having great fun with BSNL in Bhopal. Internet shut down since last one week. No Cust service or complaint number active. On twitter every time complaint is opened escalated and closed. Only thing working is bill generation on time. Pls have some shame

    @BSNL_Corporate @BSNL_BR I was a loyal BSNL customer, but faced network issues 15-20 days a month. Frustrated, I stopped using my recharged SIM. Now, trying to reactivate it, there's no network. Is my SIM deactivated or is there still no coverage in my area? Please help!

    @canarabank I recharged BSNL for Rs 347 on 12th July 2025,money was deducted from my account and BSNL recharge was not done.When I spoke to BSNL customer care officer,he said that you should talk to your bank.Your money will be returned to your account but my money has not been returned yet.
