    @BSNLCorporate My bsnl prepaid no 9415563981 is not in working order. Outgoing calls are not possible in spite of valid recharge. Plz lodge my complaint.

    When the first 3G network was launched in India BSNL was the first service provider that launched 3G, followed by private companies entering the 3G network. Then Modi came to power, now private companies have launched 5G networks, but BSNL is ready to launch 4G networks.

    @AnumaVidisha Absolutely true. Our PM instead of enabling Government owned BSNL to launch 5G services is busy sending flood of tweets to promote Jio 5G launch. So also are his bunch of cronies. But on other National issues his mouth is sealed. What a shameless man we have elected?

    @BSNLCorporate The government is launching 5G But it is unfortunate that the service of BSNL has not been activated yet.fiber & broadband connection of BSNL all around 1.5 away from my area but the connection in my area did not come yet I'm requesting for connecting last 2 year still no update.

    @BSNLCorporate There is no bsnl signal in our area since 2 days. Where on one hand our Prime Minister is launching 5G. And we are not able to provide 3g and 4g service to the customer.Service is an afterthought, they are not able to give even a signal.Naglabeech dst- Fbd 283204

    @reliancejio still in some villages there is no mobile network how it’s possible to serve whole country with the mobile network services. In my village there is bsnl tower but no use of it sometimes it works sometimes it didn’t work.we need better mobile network. Can you provide

    @bipulsingh611 @BJYM @narendramodi Maintenance of BSNL landline phones typically required one technician over 500 phones & after announcement of VRS scheme by Union govt. one technician required over 2000 landlines. Since BSNL started employee shrinking was always issue. Since 2009-10 BSNL was in losses...

    @bipulsingh611 @BJYM @narendramodi Yes answering your question.. If you remember when BSNL launched in Sep 2000, way back services were very poor & response of the staff was also poor. At that time we did not have alternative options & we were using landlines & somewhere broadband services.
