    @Airtel_Presence My broadband is down from Apr 30, i did talked to supervisors atleast 20 times, no resolution yet, worst customer service and worst customer centric, Airtel soon will fall behind BSNL if service remains same pathetic

    @BSNLCorporate My details are very clear as mentioned, For Fibre Net connection shifting franchisee mentioned current modem will not support anymore and you need to buy new one? Now when i asked the same in BSNL office they stated clearly talk to franchise we aren't aware of this.

    @BSNL_MH Its 6:00 PM. No coverage since more than 6 hours, Complaint is registered with Customer care, 4 hours ago. This time neither Docket number given by executive nor received by SMS. No body cares about the customer. When will BSNL's services improve?
