    Some people were saying that ISRO will go in BSNL way if private parties get involved. BSNL became **** due to it's own incompetency, lethargic attitude and lack of new ideas/innovation.

    @BSNLCorporate my phone number having validity till 16/10/2026 is barred from calling / texting to any mobile number. I went to Lucknow BSNL center and they told me it is blocked from Allahabad and they are unable to help. I am paying for services i can't even use. Is this fair?

    @PetroleumMin Online gas booking are not supported by BSNL, There is problem in delivering OTP message by BSNL They are not sending messages of OTP . @HardeepSPuri sir please look at this.

    @bsnl_care Dear customer, your docket has been closed. Docket Number- E0412145265955. What is the resolution provided for my problem? No call, no update strange way of addressing customers complaint. #BSNL style of addressing problem.

    @BSNL_GJ Still it's expensive. Please reduce the cost the normal people don't use somebody much internet and each place the connectivity is slow not faster. So BSNL having government support can provide this service at less price. Also make 1gb plan per day in a month.
