Not sure what due you mean by customer care in BSNL ! I filed complain 4 times and got resolution within 24 hours virtually. I put complain regarding Bharat Fibre BSNL for it's fluctuating speed from 39mb/s to 0.3kb/s. Still problem same. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India
