    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @RBI Dear BSNL Team, I have disconnected my Landline + Broadband connection 2-3 months before but I have not received my security refund amount of 500 INR. My BSNL number was 03422450206. Pls check the issue on high priority and refund my money ASAP.

    Not able to send PORT message from my BSNL number. Other messages delivered. Customer care asked to recharge 147 !? I didnt know y, but recharged it. I already have free plan. Yet No success to PORT message.Custmer care ask to try later again and again @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Refund the amount of the annual recharge due to your unavailable service at the specified place. I think the government organization of bsnl should look into this matter and refund my one year recharge price.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Request kindly enable BSNL Selfcare portal to put user connection (Bharat Fiber) under safe custody. The option has been removed from the portal. This is a customer unfriendly move. Please direct the concerned to restore the facility. Thank you.

    @BSNLCorporate My fibre connection no is 0291-2944694 BB speed is very poor, and always having speed related problems,not happy from bsnl customer service.
