    Its because Govt people ask BIG FAT salary and do corruption **** to revamp the office like Kejriwal did. I went to a office of my uncle who is BSNL officer. IDK now but it is was crazy bad then. Corruption to the neck. This is what will happen.

    @TRAI Chennai BSNL is unable to provide SIM replacement of Rajasthan Circle at chennai, neither Rajasthan BSNL is able to provide SIM replacement with customer identity proof and letter of authority to person collecting the SIM, pl take strong action against @BSNL_RJ @BSNL_CHTD

But many users are already using fibre in my area area .Govt employees slacking? Pl escalate to nodal officer.Bsnl employee don't want to work, each time they reject

    @bsnl_care is @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate even reading customer posts about their problem or you guys just copy pasting? your tower guy told me that there is power backup issue so try to change the old battery instead of copy pasting your customer service is as bad as your network #BSNL 😡
