    @DoT_India A bsnl telephone wire has been gone using my building (during lockdown), this is illigal accepted by JTO Haidergarh(barabanki) but despite of several reminder to him, no action has been taken till now Plz help to resolve d issue asap

    @GoI_MeitY Due to soo many complaints regarding network issues and no customer support I willfully port my bsnl number to another network. I called customer support 1502 to another number customer support executive cut my call without any intimation. I have two bsnl prepaid

    @BSNLCorporate when we call someone, most of time operator says network is congested? Why only bsnl network is congested? Why not others?
