    @DoT_India A bsnl telephone wire has been gone using my building (during lockdown), this is illigal accepted by JTO Haidergarh(barabanki) but despite of several reminder to him, no action has been taken till now Plz help to resolve d issue asap

    I have two optic fibre connections. BSNL and a private network. Had issues with both the network today. Was in touch with BSNL support staff - He was supposed to visit my place 3 hours back. Where as the private network team contacted me and resolved the issue remotely.

    @BSNLCorporate n d) the upload speeds are pathetic. During calls, the speed drops and makes the viability of use unfriendly for use of the BSNL fiber for FTTH. e) I am told that I am the only customer in the region having problems

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD i am requesting you please look into the issue of bsnl std code 6593..been more than 15 days situation is worst..as you are aware what is the importance of internet in today's date.. Post office CSC adhar service etc got stuck due to internet.

    @BSNLCorporate IT IS BEEN 6 MONTH OF PROBLEM, Bsnl IS NOT ABLE TO REPAIR THE TOWER Sir, i am the customer of BSNL, Asansol circle of WEST BENGAL 713370 (NINGHA) . on 7th September due to heavy thundering the ningha tower BTS goes down.

    What a worst network by @airtelindia , slow internet speed.. but ads in tv, THE FASTEST NETWORK IN INDIA, first properly increase signal all areas and increase 4g speed.. airtel 4g like a bsnl gprs service.. I am porting to @JioCare ..

    Still BSNL has not improved its service. To pay bill online its site always in a bind no doubt it incurs loss. Worst service.

    Worst experience with BSNL , chasing from last 6 months for Bharat Fiber. Make numerous online request, visit local office and last a person come who ask for 3500INR as bribe for new connection. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @CMDBSNL . Highly disappointed 😔😔😔😔
