@DoT_India A bsnl telephone wire has been gone using my building (during lockdown), this is illigal accepted by JTO Haidergarh(barabanki) but despite of several reminder to him, no action has been taken till now Plz help to resolve d issue asap

@BSNLCorporate From the past 6months I'm facing issues on my BSNL sim. Couldn't connect while Calling Voice can't be heard properly Even unable to call many times I reinserted the sim but it didn't work Kindly fix this ASAP or else I'll port it to some other operator

@BSNLCorporate No response from him, i called him and tell him about my problem with the bsnl fiber and he asked me the screenshot of the speed test and send him on whatsapp he has seen it and ignore it then i try to call him again but he switch off his phone Please resolve my problem

Even complaints are getting closed without resolving by bsnl . Actually there is a OTP option before closing but bsnl is not using it. And closing the ticket @TRAI please take action against bsnl. If you need Complaint numbers I will provide

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB @rsprasad this is really unacceptable every month 5-7 days bsnl broadband FTTH compltly goes down/speed slows down and nobody takes action on this for couple of days.Atleast if customer is registering complaint he should get call from BSNL technical team.
