    Every days facing problem, but not solution. Not fix .. BSNL promised 100mbps provide me 1000 rupey month plan. But received only 3-4 mbps also uploading 310 Kbps. Not first time this again and again provide this type service bsnl.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS provide 3-4 mbps download & 310 kbps uploading service in Haflong, Dima Hasao. After launch Bharat Fiber in Haflong and today same result of speed. #BSNL not provide service also mobile network service shutdown if fiber service shutdown.

    Dear BSNL Care, kindly update current status of docket D1612137362362. Also share names of officials handling this issue. BSNL FTTH 0186-2990200 at LPG gas agency is down for 2 months. Consumers complaining as calls are not being received. Urgent action required.

    It’s a big business because our governments have failed to provide quality education at affordable rates. Did they just fail or are they glove in hand with these looters? Just like #BSNL was never allowed to perform!

    @BSNL_BIHAR Worst experience, booking ID APP20260417834033, got reply that BSNL FTTH network is not available l . But many users are already using fibre in my area area .Govt employees slacking? Pl escalate to nodal officer.Bsnl employee don't want to work, each time they reject

    @TataPravesh It's been a week that I have sent the email. But no one has replied to that email neither some one has reached out to me over call. This is the service you provide. Don't work like a BSNL company.

    Feels like Jio is no longer competing with Airtel or VI, but with BSNL now. Extremely poor network quality, frequent call drops, and unreliable internet have made daily communication a headache. This level of service is simply unacceptable in 2026. @ViCustomerCare

    Ppl - DON'T TAKE #BSNL connection. It won't work properly. It has lots of issues - Unstable 4G, call forwarding doesn't work in #BSNL, Call to cust care doesn't work. If we raise comp, @BSNLCorporate fellows close it w/o rectifying the prob. They just want salary w/o hard work.💦

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL network is becoming very unreliable. It works properly for 6–7 days, but then for the next 5–6 days there is no signal at all — no internet, no calling. How are customers supposed to use the service like this? It feels like a complete waste of money.

    @bsnl_care 8th Day No Internet!! The following is 3rd party service provider on behalf of BSNL "Franchise/Tip: M/s  C N Star TV Network" namely "Mr Naresh #8919092965" is extremely unprofessional & Unreliable. Please Help us customers and more importantly BSNL by replacing him Immediately!!

    @BSNLCorporate I AM A BSNL SIM USER SINCE INCEPTION. IT SERVED A GOOD SERVICE DURING IT'S INITIAL ERA. NOW DISGUSTING DUE TO WANT OF PROPER TOWERS IN MY SILIGURI RURAL AREA. PEOPLE ARE PORTING TO PRIVATE NETWORKS. REQUESTING BSNL AUTHOROTIES TO TAKE STEPS.
