    Every days facing problem, but not solution. Not fix .. BSNL promised 100mbps provide me 1000 rupey month plan. But received only 3-4 mbps also uploading 310 Kbps. Not first time this again and again provide this type service bsnl.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS provide 3-4 mbps download & 310 kbps uploading service in Haflong, Dima Hasao. After launch Bharat Fiber in Haflong and today same result of speed. #BSNL not provide service also mobile network service shutdown if fiber service shutdown.

    Dear @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate I have requested for FTTH at my location but didn't get any positive response from your team and customer care also didn't get answer for same In my area BSNL connection available but bsnl didn't provide me a new connection.

    @BSNLCorporate I am unable to make any outgoing calls from my BSNL prepaid number. I have already recharged my number, but the issue still persists. I also tried calling customer care, but the call keeps getting disconnected. Please help resolve this issue.

    Looks not much PIL to File, No more ADANI story to break go ahead move put of AIRTEL embrace your enemy no.2 AMBANI's JIO , by the way a recent study shows AIRTEL &,JIO are the service providers with wider & better coverage or else Embrace Modi BSNL please let us know

    @saysatheesh Typical DMK response!! Whoever is ruling - State or Centre, Govt can never be good in any business management. Take UPA era (even DMK was a partner). How many PSUs lost & closed? HMT, HAL, ITI BSNL - all of them failed when they were exposed to competition from private sector. TASMAC in TN is another example for bad customer service. Air India is another example. Privatising airports maintenance (you are not selling it) & collecting taxes is the best option. BLR, HYD also suffered initially because of AAI (not BJP time!). Later, they were privatised - by UPA... Now you see the difference...

    No network. My number 8860889509 has no network for last one month. I visited bsnl office and replaced with new sim. However, till date problem persist. Can anyone help. @BSNLCorporate

    It's 99℅ true., it ground reality TRAI, govt fail collect the service from GIO service provider, for using BSNL towers to spread their business, it's Million dollor question
