    Every days facing problem, but not solution. Not fix .. BSNL promised 100mbps provide me 1000 rupey month plan. But received only 3-4 mbps also uploading 310 Kbps. Not first time this again and again provide this type service bsnl.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS provide 3-4 mbps download & 310 kbps uploading service in Haflong, Dima Hasao. After launch Bharat Fiber in Haflong and today same result of speed. #BSNL not provide service also mobile network service shutdown if fiber service shutdown.

    @Ravisutanjani I don't know about BSNL Employees but India Post does. My mother has also been part of Indian Post and they provide better service than SBI at least.

    @Ravi_S_Mumbai @BSNLCorporate True, but I use Airtel wireless service. I paid for a one-year unlimited package with daily 2GB internet, but it never worked properly. If I pay monthly, it works fine; everything else is the same. I believe BSNL is slightly superior; we pay less and receive less.

    @Abhishek_asitis India's progress is slow because of IAS babus. There was a time when BSNL connection waiting list was 10 to 15 years, so for LPG cylinder. Why ISA babus didn't do anything to improve the situation. High time to abolish Civil service and make appointment based on domain knowledge

    @BSNL_HR i have requested our localities service provider for bsnl freedom 75 plan broadband and its day 24th and still i have no connection and everytime i hear from him is the excuse is that my bsnl number is not booked. I have paid money for this and still waiting?

    @Ravisutanjani true that. had worst experiences with BSNL in 3 instances. They don't even want to have a customer.

    As per @DoT_India new guidelines you can give any known family member of mine with valid documents once confirming with the customer. Poor service from BSNL

    @oneofthelasttry Gaandu network, bsnl employees don't recommend bsnl for professional usage.
