@BSNLCorporate Still No action has been taken. The data speed continues to be low. @rsprasad @DoT_India @ITS_MoC @GoI_MeitY The students and professionals from small cities are facing many problems because of the low internet speed provided by BSNL Broadband .

@BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate BSNL Maharastra can you please look at my complain on priority. Pathetic customer service. MHR/CO/2022/3823 Customer service never replies after call is connected. Why you have toll free numbers to trouble customers.

@puffin_pipe @PMOIndia @narendramodi All public sector enterprises like BSNL should be sold off. There is no efficiency in them. I gave up my BSNL landline more than 4 years ago. Every time I had a disconnection problem, I had to visit the Divisional Manager, because no one below him responded.

Hello @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate On Saturday I took BSNL wifi connection. I choose a plan in which I get 60mbps and 3000gb per month. But I am not even getting 1mbps. Your local representative is not responding properly. Is this how bsnl treat their customers. Please respond

@BSNLCorporate The BSNL employee AGREED that there were problems in the main box (2 streets away) REGARDING ONLY OUR NUMBER. 😜 He fixed that. THEN, HE OPENED THE BOX IN OUR COMPOUND ENTRANCE AND CONVERTED A PUNCH THRU TO A STR8 THRU. I OBJECTED TO HIM DOING ANYTHING COZ THEY KEEP FAKING IT

@BSNLCorporate Hello Sir, I have still not received resolution even after 2 yrs. of struggle. Had conveyed to close my Phone number 02027033648 by mail, written application & refund my deposit on priority,still awaiting response. I am totally disappointed by BSNL services. @TRAI kindly help.

We did the payment on 5th Jan for a new BSNL fibre connection in our Bhubaneswar office, still not connected. So poor service from @BSNL_OR. Please look after the issue- @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate

@Nainamishr94 Why privatize a profit-making office? Service surely can be improved but can't it be done with the current system? Just look at what happened with BSNL, it still has poor service, intermittent connection, and extremely unprofessional personnel.

@71294me Replied by: WB Asansol as per information received from concern mobile team, our BSNL mobile network near your location has been restored and working properly. for further any problem please contact nearest BSNL office with your BSNL sim.
