    @BSNLCorporate Still No action has been taken. The data speed continues to be low. @rsprasad @DoT_India @ITS_MoC @GoI_MeitY The students and professionals from small cities are facing many problems because of the low internet speed provided by BSNL Broadband .

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @TRAI From near about November I can use bsnl internet prolerly in my location not even getting speed upto 200kbps I have complaint many time but ignored. Please make it ok, its creating too much problematic.

    @JioCare You know my problem ma'am. From yesterday I'm downloading updates but not completed. It's 1G or 4G ? Very bad experience, my BSNL connection was better, believe me. Is it for my anti-government tweets? Kindly solve my problem.

    Unable to use old purchased modem with my netplus account . Cstmr care said either wait for a month so that account of previous owner gets terminate frm current suspended status or go with other operator. Shoul i go with BSNL as suggested to utilise that modem? @netplusofficial

    @BSNL_KOTD ,@BSNLCorporate ,@CMDBSNL Good evening sir, Bharat fiber connection is not provided by Bsnl Kolkata circle inspite of several request. Officials of Your joka office are quite but your appointed franchisee always decline my request for Bharat Fiber. BB is not working .

    @BSNLTezpur @BSNL_AS there is no option to downgrade the bsnl ftth plan in selfcare portal. kindly downgrade my ftth plan to fiber basic (449 Rs/ month). customer ID-3008255698 & service Id- 03712291219.
