    @BSNL_PB A big answer why BSNL is always in loss and why government organisations are converting to private sectors is- BSNL doesn't care about their customers, I have booked complaint total 4 times in a month and every time they closed the complaint without addressing the issue

    In the whole journey amazing Internet network by @reliancejio 👌 Whereas worst by @BSNLCorporate Earlier it was the opposite. BSNL used to work in rural areas but now that too not happening. Right time to port my primary number too!

    @BSNLCorporate There was outage and it was rectified after tweeting. I have received a call today from BSNL employee. I was advised to use 3G only instead of LTE/3G/2G setting. I have changed setting... will raise a flag if the issue occur again. Thank you.

    @MobiKwikSWAT @MobiKwik money deducted two days ago , but recharge not done. You have long history of failing bsnl recharge here on twitter. It's my bad that I didn't see it. really bad experience, will never use mobikwik again

    @bsnl_tt I am the holder of BSNL mobile a/c for several years; suddenly OTPs stopped coming to my mobile from Amazon for login verification; This is a serious issue (for me) to pl. be looked into 🙏-as I am unable to open my Amazon account. Amazon toll free nos also not working

    @BSNLCorporate Still not received any call from BSNL, i am paying for 200mb but the device which is placed by bsnl only support 100mb since the provisioning time i am facing the issue Alok pachori jto from Firozabad bsnl is not responding
