    @BSNLCorporate PATHATIC SERVICE AS ALWAYS BY BSNL Since 2 days Brodband Internet is down. Worst Customer Service. Complaint gets automatically closed and no1 shows up. Still Internet is down Made mistake to trust BSNL. @jagograhakjago @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate bsnl broadband service in varanasi specially from beniyabagh telephone exchange is so poor. Everyday there is new fault. Please look into the matter. @bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate they have the worst service Now I know why indian don't choose bsnl. I recharge my bsnl sim but its more than 7hrs I don't get my recharge or any kind of refund from the @BSNL_RJ I call them 6 time but they didn't gave me a satisfy answer. Such a bad experience.
