VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning.   @RamaGanapa36231 Also Vijay Malya never said he won't be able to clear his debts. The Govt sold Air India with 15000 Cr liabilities where as Vijay Malya's entire debt was around 3500 Crores. Same Govt had bailed out Vodafone where as ready to sell of BSNL with 1000 Crore liability.
