    @BSNLCorporate From Friday to till now BSNL network is not available. I have tweed Friday & Saturday. I SMS to AGM planning but service not resume.I am hopeless. I am reguly bill payer. Please take prompt action. Private BB smoothy going on.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL broadband & landline network is out of service from last two days & till now,Egra SDTO take no action. Private Broadband service provider provide service smoothly in Mohanpur. My landline No 03220 232260. Please take steps.

    @MobiKwik mobikwik app showed the recharge plan of Rs159in BSNL ,it processed successfully (MBK695508008) and amount deducted .but the BSNL customer care is sayng there is no such plan available.why the plan was shown in your recharge page and why it got processed.refund pls.

    And it losts connection several times a day and this disturbs my online studies a lot your Bsnl exchange workers are not listening me at all please solve my problem,its a request from a student who wants to study online in this pandemic situation.

    @BSNLCorporate I request you to give your lineman some other sim card number than BSNL , cause everytime I try to call him , his number is always out of network coverage area . please consider this

    @10digiapp BSNL sim Order id - TD004255685 more than 48hrs is over and still the number is not activated. Non of your customer care number is working. Did mails also but nothing worked. Pathetic service. Please do something or refund my money

    @teakkadai1 Government can only run service oriented things (like healthcare, education, etc.). It cannot run anything for profit effectively. There are numerous problems like Unions, Reservations, Promotions etc. which Private will handle better anyday. ex: BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR Sorry for the harsh words, but there is a reason why people are switching away from BSNL & it's your services. I have BSNL fibre connection (customer ID: 3008099722). No internet connectivity issue is becoming more consistent now.
