  @BSNLCorporate From Friday to till now BSNL network is not available. I have tweed Friday & Saturday. I SMS to AGM planning but service not resume.I am hopeless. I am reguly bill payer. Please take prompt action. Private BB smoothy going on.

  @bsnlupe My bsnl prepaid no. Is not receiving any sms for 3 days.. the number is recharged with 97rs data pack and had validity till july.. the customer care line is also not getting connected in UP. great problem as bank otp is not coming. Resolve asap

  @BSNLCorporate From last two weeks the internet speed is coming less than 10mbps. We are told that there is some issue with Lucknow branch and bsnl is upgrading everyone's plan and ours will get upgraded from 50mbps to 100mbps i.e.849/month plan. Please look into it asap.

  @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad 3. With work from home going on in all corporates, rural area is heavily dependent on bsnl fiber as there is no alternative. With this kind of pathetic customer service, no deadlines to complaints, no accountability ; I am just feeling so helpless.

  @BSNLCorporate LL # 0281-2375905 is continuously facing disturbance but GM Rajkot giving false assurance for repair.Shall customer feel paucity of services and then cancel LL from bSNL? Please advice as this scenario is lasting since three months old.
