    @BSNLCorporate From Friday to till now BSNL network is not available. I have tweed Friday & Saturday. I SMS to AGM planning but service not resume.I am hopeless. I am reguly bill payer. Please take prompt action. Private BB smoothy going on.

    @ind1a_USA @GauravPandhi @RahulGandhi Then after 2014 Mukesh Ambani launches jio. Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. Then why government of India didn't give this opportunity to bsnl or any other mobile service provider?

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India : BSNL authorities have been holding my security amount( 1000rs) since last 4 years. you can follow this twitter thread and find that bsnl is not keen on solving this issue. Should we go to the consumer forum to get back our money?

    @BSNL_AS The problem is with the local BSNL they provide their Vendor and those vendor is with them, so that they charged me 6000 for installation modem Extra, even 2/3 fiber connection alredy installed in my locality.customer care representative told me that no charge for installation.

    Feeling Blessed to have BSNL as my Network. Call most of the times not reachable while I get notifications from True Caller premium who was calling me and out of that I know whom to call back. 😎

    @BSNLCorporate Wow that means bsnl is still in 1990 when people have to visit branch for simple issue and how much work office employee do is everyone know why don't you tell real truth plan change option was available initially but removed because people were charging their plan due to your 1

    @BSNLCorporate There is connectivity issue in our Canara bank Chachora branch for last 5 hours. We went for complaint at local bsnl office but it was locked and we have found no one was there also the officials numbers were switched off. (2)

    BSNL Mobile hired rustic customer care executives from the Indus valley civilization. They have only one solution for every problem. "Switch off your phone, remove sim card, insert sim after 2 minutes and switch on."
