    @BSNLCorporate BSNL broadband & landline network is out of service from last two days & till now,Egra SDTO take no action. Private Broadband service provider provide service smoothly in Mohanpur. My landline No 03220 232260. Please take steps.

    @BSNLCorporate From Friday to till now BSNL network is not available. I have tweed Friday & Saturday. I SMS to AGM planning but service not resume.I am hopeless. I am reguly bill payer. Please take prompt action. Private BB smoothy going on.

    @BSNLCorporate I use bsnl sim no. 9454948783 and also bsnl ftth connection no. 03841291282. Many times I call customer care but no one customer care executive attend my call. I call 1500,1503,1504. Very poor bsnl customer care service

    @BSNL_KL No wonder why people are going away from BSNL.I am a new customer,I raised three complaints on speed (changed from 60 to 300 mbps recently), all were closed just like that. And when I called customer care, agent just cut the call. Pathetic service ever heard of

    @BSNLCorporate pl confirm does BSNL hqveba will power really serve the customer and nation. Attached screen shot would reveal that even after being in 'Q' for nearly 10 min.not getting connected, every a voice message extend the wait time by a min. Shame

    @BSNLCorporate After sales service is also very very bad, speed issues, network down, No one takes responsibility, BSNL officers say contact TSP, vendors say it's from BSNL side, at the end customer has to suffer ...... This whole BSNL machinery needs a big reform...Big change in rules and law

    @ServicesBsnl I'm unable to change plan 499₹ pachage. Please resolve my issue. Otherwise I'll make a video about bsnl fiber problem & issue. I'll recommend to don't buy bsnl fiber connection. Automatic changing bsnl fiber plan from 599₹ to 700₹ then 700₹ to 900₹ plan. #bsnl #bsnlfiber
