I SMS to AGM planning but service not resume.I am hopeless. I am reguly bill payer. Please take prompt action. Private BB smoothy going on.

Pradeep Banavara (@pbanavara) reported@jsensarma Yeah I misaligned protectionism with guarantees. I think despite guarantees flagship Indian enterprises have failed at global levels. BSNL or even HAL. So am not sure domestic guarantees alone help spur the needed innovation. US innovation sparked mostly because of DoD guarantees - the same model didn't work with HAL. No idea why.
