    @BSNLCorporate From Friday to till now BSNL network is not available. I have tweed Friday & Saturday. I SMS to AGM planning but service not resume.I am hopeless. I am reguly bill payer. Please take prompt action. Private BB smoothy going on.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL broadband & landline network is out of service from last two days & till now,Egra SDTO take no action. Private Broadband service provider provide service smoothly in Mohanpur. My landline No 03220 232260. Please take steps.

    @BSNLCorporate Why don't you attend customer complaint.Bsnl Jalahalli cross? Should we give a complaint to ministry of communications and telecom? Why don't you not attend complaint? Since many days landline not working but everything is falling on your deaf ears? Is it service?

    @getmadhavan @BSNLCorporate Hi if you are facing issue not getting any resolution . Please raise complaint against Bsnl in consumer court online portal. Please use online consumer portal . Its simple. These BSNL people won't help .

    @BSNLCorporate I recharged 1499 on my bsnl phone. Money got deducted from my account and I got transaction id. But it is still not reflected in my phone balance. Customer service says the recharge is invalid and denies to co operate. Bsnl is cheat. #refund

    I have never seen this type of irresponsible from any telecom circle. Private telecom operators are very aggressive in problem rectification, but you never bother about issue. Only God can save BSNL

    Customer support number for broadband support of bsnl website is saying invalid if i try to call..only enterprise customers service numbers call going through. Is bsnl not providing importance to homebased users? Only for corporates they support ? @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate
