@SamsungMobile your mobile phones specifically A50 is a wrost product, Two major defects are hanging most of big app's, and the second is big, that is network performance. I and others were tryouts all service provider, like Jio, Airtel Bsnl, bt results are same. Signal zero.

@DeepanshuBhard2 @reliancejio @mygovindia @PMOIndia @aiteea_India @aigetoachq Despite having such a huge customer base I don't know why BSNL and Govt not using it enough to give more Fiber connections and better facilities. So much under the table money even to get a BSNL Fiber at home.

@BSNLCorporate When I will see those actions? Sorry is not a good justification for this. At least you should think to provide a batter justification. Logic is clear if you wants me to stay in BSNL than please resolve the issue on priority if no than I have contacted the Jio as well.

In Kanpur, BSNL is not able to keep the mobile no. Connected, the data speed is very low and connectivity very poor and at times no signal. The responsible officers should take necessary action immediately to improve services to serve their loyal customers.

@BSNLCorporate *I believe all details can be fetched from the AC details provided* CC @AshwiniVaishnaw I was using BSNL LL, BB & FTHH since longg and was satisfied with service but poor response to customer complaints forced me to change to other service providers.

@Lord74891632 @asmatasleem11 Are you saying - We tax payers have to pay Salaries, Bonuses for Loss making PSUs Install BSNL your home.. if any issue comes up no one comes to fix it.. we have beg 100 times and when they come they will ask for Tips. After 2 PM no one used to work in Manufacturing PSUs.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA Regarding BSNL tower at pancode near kolenchery, ernakulam dist kerala Signals from this tower is not getting for hours. Disesl Generator is not working, no battery back up! If there is electricity failure, tower will not function.
