I and others were tryouts all service provider, like Jio, Airtel Bsnl, bt results are same. Signal zero.

So much under the table money even to get a BSNL Fiber at home.

Neeraj Agarwal (@taxpayer1978) reported@bsnl_care I was using BSNL previously, but the internet was always in ICU. The customer care is also usless. Even to cancel the connection, i had to run to BSNL office twice, with ancient methods of writing letters, and waiting in queue just to pay outstanding amount and return the modem. Even after cancelling, the bills came to me for a few months, until I went to BSNL and made a ruckus out of the useless processes. Then I let go BSNL for good. You have a great reach in India, but very poor systems & processes. World will not wait. You need to catch up. Thank you for your message though. Very kind of you.

ratta taaa (@_Dj_Abdulla) reportedDear @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCare, Complaint No. F0329159437077 is still unresolved. My BSNL SIM shows no network on iPhone 14 Plus most of the time. Signal appears briefly and then disappears. The same SIM works in another phone, and other networks work fine on my iPhone.

I know that but the ping of jio is worst than bsnl… bsnl gives best ping.. and when it comes to speed it will get high speed only when you are near to tower.. but in airtel if you are far away from tower.. still it gives 200mbps.. airtel>>jio..

In Karnataka, to upgrade my 4G sim, I travelled 20 km to bsnl office twice. No help. Finally I ported from bsnl to Jio BSNL is always zero customer service, with full of rude idiots
