    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS Install one tower in my location please. Not receiving proper signal, 3g network coverage is not good. Pin-787059. Address- paulpatty road silapathar opposite of sunshine nursery school. Silapathar telephone BSNL exchange. Landmark- Santoshi Mata Mandir.

    @krishnaraod2000 @chandrarsrikant @kpswathi Just blaming any company is useless. Many things can fail, e.g. capacity planning is done based on what IT department suggests. It just could be too many users (unexpected) logging in at the same time. OR there might be ISP issues, SBI has many issues because BSNL lines go down.

    @BSNLCorporate Vendor Deny to provide Estimate or bill for installation.. please just tell me do BSNL take 4500 for installation? Are these charges for real.I am ready to pay. Because I have been using Hathaway, Airtel and Jio broadband in Pune which never took any heavy installation Charges.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS @BSNL_AS such horrible service BSNL has. Try using your own self care portal. It really needs care, a good programming team and user experience designer. Please try upgrading your own fiber plan - trust me, you won't be able to do it (1/n)

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ My father just got an sms Your complaint booked in BSNL complaint portal with docket_no - - - dtd 27/05/2021 is resolved. And it has NOT been resolved! The phone like is down for several months now. Horrible customer service to senior citizens. Please help
