@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate a very pathetic service of BSNL fiber. My internet has not been working for the last couple of hours and nobody in bsnl or other third-party vendors is picking up my call. This is not just today's scenario it happens 4-5 times in a month.

@Airtel_Presence Amazing customer service! I’m not able to receive calls although having full balance, full connectivity and residing in the middle of Bangalore. Automated customer service says that it’ll be resolved only by 28th. A week! I’m shifting to BSNL at this rate!

@BSNLCorporate Sir, There is a contractual obligation error in kenan fx for mobile numberxxxxxx309,so the customer may be requested to contact nearest CCN /BSNL office to remove the error . then the customer's problem will be solved.
