  @BSNL_BR past 2 months the speed is 5 to 8 mbps and they charge me for 100mbps and everytime i call on tollfree they said all lines are congested no one will take my problem seriously hatsoff BSNL.....

  @sandythapar DD doesn't hire people on merit, it follows reservation. How do you expect quality from sub standard employees? All govt departments give similar service eg BSNL.
