    @CMDBSNL went to BSNL office today for converting old micro sim to nano SIM..Had very bad experience, could not do it. No option left than MNP.

    Once again experience of poor customer care at #BSNL office in Dhule. A simple task of replacing micro SIM with nano SIM could not be achieved after spending 45 minutes and one visit to the office. @BSNLCorporate

Today internet is lifeline and @PMOIndia sir also had announce digital india but know service from goverment department bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @AmritMahotsav I hv been using FTTH for more than 2 years. However, it fall flat when it comes to reliability. And, the worse part is that people accountable to restore the service are not even aware of the outage even after a formal requested has been raised. #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Two times mobile recharge failed by your mobile app BSNL SELFCARE and recharge amount of Rs.106 is still not refunded by you.I have DM my issue with all the details with transactions screenshot but still I did not get any response from your side.Very poor experience of your app.

    Never buy bsnl sim.They are making fools of customers.I have dm them multiple times for my complaint and they do not listen and they don't give a ****.Opt for private telecoms because they try to deliver what they claim.BSNL don't have accountability.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I applied and got one BSNL sim and waiting for one day to get it activate. I got another two operator which was got activated in half an hour but unfortunately no signal from them in my area.

    And i don't think their employees are properly trained to resolve issue they only write the same computer generated answer.They will give you cheap plans with high validity and then you can't even switch to other network.Its a shame for a psu to destroy their legacy.#BSNL #bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl when ur going to upgrade 4G in Realtime. Poor network n internet. Pathetic service. No customer support. What to expect after paying for 4G smon getting 3G in return. Shameful company
