Once again experience of poor customer care at #BSNL office in Dhule. A simple task of replacing micro SIM with nano SIM could not be achieved after spending 45 minutes and one visit to the office. @BSNLCorporate

The Minister of State for Communications clarified that the CAG’s earlier estimate was based on a “misinterpretation” of contract terms, and that the issue has been resolved with revised invoices raised to Jio — so the revenue has effectively been recovered.

CAG reported in April 2025 that BSNL failed to bill for 10 years, causing ₹1,757 crore loss. BSNL signed an addendum in Jan 2025 and claims no actual loss after revisions, but full recovery isn't confirmed in latest updates. Jio does pay charges, just billing was delayed.
