    Once again experience of poor customer care at #BSNL office in Dhule. A simple task of replacing micro SIM with nano SIM could not be achieved after spending 45 minutes and one visit to the office. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Hi, The bsnl ffth service down from last 2 days in Loha, Nanded. I have asked the provider to look into the issue, no solution has been provided yet. There are too many frequent disconnections during the day which is totally unacceptable. phone no. 02466295013

    @BSNLCorporate Still it’s not even restored. And no officials present in Bsnl Thirumangalam, Madurai. Why i have to pay for service thats not even working. Utter waste of money. @BSNL_CHTD

    @cgmbsnltt @BSNLCorporate Charminar Exchange Not able solve issue with FTTH speed. Upgraded FTTH 200 Mbps speed for 040-29801798 but getting only 70Mbps. As per BSNL service center ONT Box is not available with BSNL Charminar. @DoT_India Can you please assist.

Someone correctly said "In India, Government officer get salary for doing nothing and take extra for doing work" We never ever grow if this continue..

    @BSNLCorporate please Update Your Network and Provide Better Service in our Area.. Every network now think how to provide 5G network in best to best but bsnl is slowly Growth our area just facing 2G and 3G network... 3G network is very poor please upgrade network

    @BSNLCorporate It's been more than 72 hrs since my last visit to BSNL exchange office in madhavadhara, visakhapatnam. I even lost the internet now . I am missing my online classes. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible
