@Airtel_Presence this a central govt office and we handle large number of financial transactions. Reason why we shifted from bsnl to airtel. We can't pause our work due to this "switch not working thing". Kindly do the needful.

A Goverment company BSNL is being ruined by the government Airtel,Jio, Vodafone all these private companies are providing uninterrupted service by using domestic and foreign devices to provide 4G,5G services.And BSNL is still unwilling to allow foreign devices to use 4G. .

@BSNL_TN Benefits of Bsnl Fibre net connection.1. Net connectivity goes off often. 2. TV can’t be seen so savings on electricity.3. No action or response on complaints. 4. No net provider near by. Monopoly in area kills the customer. My no. 04253-296708. Any possible remedy ?

@BSNLCorporate I called customer care 7 to 8 times they pick call and then forward call to another and later it will automatically cut the call. From yesterday my range of bsnl is very low I am not able to use internet sometime I am not able to call Pin code 414003 NO 8625014941
