    @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia Facing worst service experience with BSNL customer care, one executive Pooja is very rude and not listen the customer complaints and disconnected the call There is no office available to give complaint initially MTNL was merged with BSNL without consent

    @bsnl_care Another problem I'm having with BSNL is that when I turn on the internet, it works for 5 or 10 seconds, but then it turns off automatically. However, the internet is on on my phone, and I'm seeing it more in one particular area, not in every area.

    @SirKazamJeevi Jio gives cheap internet: Data so cheap under supreme leader! BSNL cannot give good service: govt employees don't want to work.

    @mohitlaws Vodafone & Idea merged into Vi. Airtel acquired Tata Docomo and Uninor. BSNL fell behind due to slow 4G/5G upgrades. RCom went bankrupt. Aircel was declared bankrupt in 2018. Videocon faced license issues, and MTS shut down after failing to upgrade to 4G.

    @sumitsaurabh Firstly, they were able to offer the free service only because the Govt facilitated it. BSNL/VSNL could have been saved by the Govt. It did not. Secondly, its not the responsibility of the citizen to support the competititors.

    @IndianGems_ Pr min call ka kitna tha yeh to bol... Internet ka kitna tha yeh to bol.. Price is not the correct measure... But yes monopoly is... Going ahead it will create problem if only 2 pvt players are left... VI has to sustain... N bsnl will be the 4th laggard.
