    @DoT_India @BSNL_BR Only when there is electricity, the network remains, and when the power goes out, the network also goes. Why so? Location- Banwaripur , begusarai BSNL tower.

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks BSNL finally my problem is solved. Please try to solve issues as early as possible. Also fix customer care accountability. Many times they just hung phone quoting technical issue as reason. Hope BSNL again become India's no one Telecom company.

    @Airtel_Presence It has been more than 4 months since complaint regarding mobile internet and volte not working. No response received from airtel. Absolutely horrible service in such a competitive market. This company will soon end up like bsnl

I really regret choosing BSNL internet, I should have opted other private ISPs, where problem get resolve in a day. I'm not even getting reply to my tweets.Worst service from you I don't recommend 2 any1

    @aparanjape I still remember how much I struggled in 2005-6 during Fax over mobile demo using Nokia Communicator to BSNL during acceptance testing (AT). Fax was one of mandatory service with not a single user using it .
