@MTNLOfficial Back in Noida after one year. Sorry to say problem still persists. Please allow to choose another operator on roaming. Or otherwise i shall port out from bsnl Punjab. No doubt @MTNLOfficial is running into losses.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW My BSNL phone 0120-2633941 along with broadband is dysfunctional from last 2 weeks and nobody from your department bothers to fix it even after complaining repeatedly. Such lackluster response from Govt Telecom company is indeed painful. Shall stop paying

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @OfficeOfSDhotre came back to Delhi for one day and still my BSNL not working. For the first time in my life I took another SIM (JIO for kerala Circle) and it is working fine in Delhi. Sir please fire these people from BSNL Delhi office.

I have absolutely no clue why this hashtag is trending #Switch_to_BSNL But I am a BSNL user since 2011 & trust me this network has saved me in almost all remote areas(road from Cbe to Ooty,hills of the , all india,bihar, etc) When every other network fails @BSNLCorporate helps!

@sassyfeIine_ @Shehla_Rashid By internet not being available they mean that the mobile data network is blocked. I went to Vaishno Devi last month, the broadband wifi BSNL only, was available in the hotel, else no mobile data for the locals. So mobile data is what they're demanding.

Free choice of telecom services doesnt mean gogt should run BSNL. It said freeze on future contributions..they can cash pur existing value with interest and shift to private plans. I as a customer cannot escalate the matter to seniors in the company. There is no escalation matrics for a paying customer! The sad part is, the alternatives are BSNL or Jio Air Fiber which are equally bad!
