    @BSNLCorporate We are in Poes Gardens, Chennai. Have hand delivered a letter to the BSNL office in Mylapore, Chennai TN. But they seem to be very slow in response. The landline has not worked for nearly two months. My mobile is 9940137111.

I have Data in my account but situation is still same. I am not able to use a single KB of data in my location . As earlier
