Krishna (@KrishnaNews07) reported@nkk_123 Calling BPCL Bargarh the next “BSNL story” makes for a dramatic exposé. The facts tell a different story. The plant wasn’t “shut down.” It was commissioned in FY25–26 as an integrated 1G+2G biorefinery, with 100 KL/day capacity for each. 1G production began on 6 Oct 2025. 2G production began on 19 Mar 2026. It has already produced 707 KL of 1G + 76 KL of 2G ethanol. A newly commissioned plant undergoing stabilisation—especially with complex 2G technology—is not evidence that a PSU was deliberately crippled to benefit private players. Private ethanol procurement + PSU-owned production can coexist. To prove a “scam,” show evidence of deliberate sabotage or suppression—not simply that a new plant hasn’t reached full commercial stability yet. Rhetoric isn’t evidence. If you’re alleging a scam, present the whole story not just the half that fits the narrative.
