    @DoT_India @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe Dear BSNL, I request you to fix the problem as I can't make call to my parent's BSNL number, they say "Beta, jab bijali ati hai to network ata hai aur nhi ati toh nhi ata". Locality is Sahabganj, Dist- Chandauli (UPE).

    @parasaran @KOVAI_ESHAN @balaswaminathan BSNL has come a long way interns of service.... They have improved a lot. The private players are undercutting in the market, which is once again funded by huge loans ... Unfortunate , BSNL cannot do that.. 10 years back broad band means only BSNL...

    @BSNL_BR There is availability of 4g network in my locality.But it works only when i'm outside from my house or in an open areas.But it didn't works when i'm inside my house.plzz resolve my problem otherwise m going to switch with other company.I'm not free as u to visit nearest BSNL CSC

    @BSNLJHARKHAND This is regarding Complaint against Rent not received from BSNL since many months. I regret to say, this is really pathetic condition on bsnl service part, since long no rent has been received from your end, even after several verbal complaints to your Ramgarh off

    @BSNL_KOTD Amazing offer! 🥳 Please take care of network coverage. Since last two months I bought new #BSNL #4G sim. There is no network coverage in my locality for 2G/3G. Please look into this. 🙏

    @sureshpprabhu Sir it would be better if you could speak to Telecom Minister. @AshwiniVaishnaw & ask him to help BSNL launch 4G Mobile Network & start 5G Testing.

    @BSNL_OR Again 3G network down from last 24 hrs..Please do some needful in concrete & permanent way..After every 1 month there is some problem in BSNL 3G..Now online study started..Please do it fast.. TATO, BIUNRIA PIN - 757036

    @BSNLCorporate dear bsnl my pincode is 799263 the place where I live doesn't get 3g network the tower is only like 2 to 3 km far from my home my recharge plan is useless now no 3g network please boost the signal strength of the tower ..

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur Hi I am a BSNL user I have a issue that I live near Dabha Ring Road Toll naka beside Ashoka elite there is only 3G in my are why we are giving money of 4G but we are not getting the service.This is a serious issue built one more tower near Dabha Ring Road Toll Naka

    @BSNLCorporate @i_chandrasakhar @BSNLCorporate Sir, I want to downgrade my FTTH broadband plan, I can't able to do that on Bsnl Selfcare portal. I am currently using Fiber Premium Plus (704088). So kindly Downgrade my Plan to FIBER VALUE (799.00 per month). My Service ID 08620 - 295160.

    In the last 2 months , I have travelled to Pondicherry , Channai , Jaipur , Uttarakhand . Once mighty BSNL hardly works anywhere , airtel is in decline , you can’t avoid Jio now Jio was the only network which was working everywhere , airtel was good in south but not on hills
