    @parasaran @KOVAI_ESHAN @balaswaminathan BSNL has come a long way interns of service.... They have improved a lot. The private players are undercutting in the market, which is once again funded by huge loans ... Unfortunate , BSNL cannot do that.. 10 years back broad band means only BSNL...

    @DoT_India @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe Dear BSNL, I request you to fix the problem as I can't make call to my parent's BSNL number, they say "Beta, jab bijali ati hai to network ata hai aur nhi ati toh nhi ata". Locality is Sahabganj, Dist- Chandauli (UPE).

    @bsnl_ap_circle Complient number 125405290520.Without rectify or visit how can you send the SMS problem was resolved.. Same thing happened two times..I talked with local one about my issue they said there is no technicians available. It is the way Bsnl caring with their customer

    @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD Broadband on Landline No 044 24990787 not working for one week. Today technician came and blamed modem. After replacing modem and configuration, Internet still not working. Unsolicited visit by technician during pandemic when fault at BSNL end
