@BSNLCorporate Bsnl charged me 5000 rs for broadband installation on 11- Feb-2022 . No 5000 bill . (I will complaint against it ) No broadband installed till now . No customer service . I whatsapp the JTO BSNL (NURPUR HIMACHAL ) NO RESPONSE Why do we choose bsnl fiber ?

Finally ended my relationship with BSNL . Got my FTTH cancelled after paying the bill for 1.5 years without using it . Started as their customer goe landline in 2006 around , then as 3G customer and later ftth . All thanks to their poor customer service..

@BSNLCorporate Since the day i had recharged with rs 397, I am getting this notification that some bytes of internet is being used and after some hrs the bsnl network slot shows × sign with no signal then instantly network comes and these charges are deducted with this pop. I am not using bsnl.
