    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR Dear BSNL your network is dead in Biharsharif. I called costumer care but no one picked up the call. If you can't solve my problem then be ready to lose a valuable BSNL costumer.

    @BSNLCorporate Again no network since 3 days. This keeps happening after few days & takes much time to restore. Now it's time to leave BSNL. Bye!

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNL_RJ On 8 April 2021 I dialled 1503 & an agent named Premlata picked up my call & then put my call on indefinite hold . Therefore I again called, & this time a man answered the call & asked me to hold & then simply disconnected it. Pathetic service by BSNL

    @BSNL_ka_Bandhan @BSNLCorporate I am ready to take ₹ 399/- plan which is far better if they provide me Service Connection discount. Problem is they are not able to find this plan in portal and got the response as still not implemented in system, I am also not able to see in self-care portal. #pathetic #BSNL

    Recent incident : Every other network doesn't need to change the SIM card while traveling outside India, But BSNL asking people to change SIM card to International SIM card then travel !!! Else it wont work outside India. This is pathetic, its not Competitive ! @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate After multiple experiences with BSNL internet in 4G mobile, I can't play atleast a chess game due to it's frequent disconnection. With no choice you have to provide quality service to withstand completion from other service providers.

    @BSNL_BR Dear Sir/Ma'am Kindly resolve my issue regarding UPC code for my BSNL number 9708407886. I requested for UPC code on 4/4/21 but still I didn't get UPC number for porting. Customer care support is only saying that we have sent mail regarding it, kindly wait for 24 hours.
