    @BSNLCorporate If BSNL is so bother for prompt service then it will remain no1 not no 2 or 3 . Horrible service and staff. Whenever there is landline portability I will be among few who will switch to either airtel or jio

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate see idea recently reduced its validity from 28 to 14 days in 49rs pack & airtel also increased the prices, plz I beg u BSNL never ever change ur 94rs pack as it gives 90 days validity(almost 6x)

    @DoT_India Getting pathetic support from BSNL on my landline and mobile issue. Its been months since I calling BSNL customer care. Landline is completely down and mobile number has outgoing call issue. Please help

    @HathwayBrdband All is fake. Very bad service. Don't go for hathway at any cost. Those who already have a connection please switch to airtel/tata/bsnl FTTH. Very good uninterrupted connection at same price.

    @BSNLCorporate Nothing happens after this acknowledgement. BSNL investment on its customer care needs to be revisited. Are there any customer complaints they ever solved or took ownership to solve. I am so sick and tired talking to your customer care.

    @JioCare And even BSNL is serving better than @jio with their 3G network,, you guys are boosting for 5G , primarily work on your 4G network and make it worth using then try for 5G..
