    @ViCustomerCare Why do u close complaint without verifying from customer? C004-123529417897 is NOT RESOLVED. I'm roaming in Mysore & can't connect to any airtel & BSNL landlines in Mysore. Such pathetic technical team you have who have not resolve this even in more than 60 days.

    @ChintanTanki @TheAhmedShariff i live in remote area. work from home got announced.bsnl was the only service provider. 1000 ruppee lineman ko rishwat deni padi aur agar los aa jae to call karne pe 3rd day aata hai lineman.while in the nearby town no one use bsnl,they prefer Private service

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw It's been almost a month u promised me ull be erecting a additional BTS for better coverage but I don't see additional BTS erected against my complaint, Telecom minister recently launched 4G, I request BSNL to provide standard 3G service first then step into 4G.

    @Airtel_Presence Why can't you understand the seriousness of my issue. I cant make or receive calls like, just think about during emergence situations how we would manage that. I made a blunder mistake of surrendering my BSNL landlines which helped me at difficult times
