    @BSNLCorporate BSNL PUNE Aundh exchange, not able to reach any landline or the staff. All landlines seem down. Can someone update us with any expected timeline for the fix and restart. Thanks.

    @BSNLCorporate Broadband is not working properly. In a day, hardly for 1 or 2 hours only internet is available. When customer care is called to register complaint, they disconnect abruptly w/o booking complaints. How can BSNL ensure fair service to its customers? Train your staff

    @DoT_India Concerned TSP/Division (BSNL) is too much careless about their responsibility. They did not taken any action to resolve the issue (Ref No 1053501825). Internet is completely dead in the office for 5-6 days. Neither they adjust amount from the bill nor provide quality service.

    @BSNLCorporate What sorry?U people make BSNL A big ****.I called Appellate Authorities BSNL here(Hyderabad) 04023201212even though my line is down.Then why should we go continue with BSNL.I am telling you if I sarendor then in a single day bsnl will loose minimum 10 15 customers.
