@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR when world are moving to 5g and better network connectivity. In another side government companies like bsnl will come who are well funded and managed by gov still you are not able to deliver good customer service. Customer care will not provide solution.

@CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Security deposit for my disconnected BSNL connection 01565-224828 for a/c no. 1015007591 and a/c no. 1026914164 not refunded so far. I applied for security refund on dt. 4.8.2022 with copy of aadhaar and bank details. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICES OF BSNL.

I needed a FTTH connection so i contacted to local vendor. Vendor is asking for router and splicing charge 3500+1000 extra with Rs-9600. When I contact to customer care; it's very irresponsible behavior showed by them. BSNL in loss due to these irresponsible guys. #bsnl

Tamilnadu For the above bsnl plan i have sonyliv free subscription. Recently I changed my new fire tv stick. It procees other free subscriptions of Hotstar, zee5, yupp tv with no issue in login in my mobile and in TV. But in sonyliv i am unable to free login in to my
