    @ANINewsUP Let's take example of BSNL - how many total jobs - 1,75,000 -- what about service - zero..jio, airtel,Vodafone - how many direct employees, how many retail all around India and how many small vendors do recharge..

    Jokes aside, BSNL staff have been treated shoddily. Many forced into VRS as they outsource / get younger chaps - who often seemed clueless when called to fix an issue. What's missing is the knowledge + skills these older linesmen have. Can't replicate that.

    @BSNL_UKD dear bsnl in 248161 balawala, dehradun 3G is not working properly why? You are charging for 3G service and not providing proper service. Pls, look in to this matter and resolve it.
