ATTENTION Bsnl my new ffth connection had installed yesterday but now still this is not working. On broadband LOS light is blinking means the connection is not ok please solve my issue.

@AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. By the way till now from @BSNLCorporate I have only received a tweet saying something will be done and on mail one Docket Number: BSNL/HQ/2021/EM-33695, which surprisingly says "Our Service representative will address the issue very soon.", may I know what does soon means here?

@BSNLCorporate All bsnl employees are lazy they don't work properly . If bsnl work properly to improve its network strength then it will be become india's no. 1 telecom company. There are network problem in my area also. I love BSNL but what can I do?
