@BSNLCorporate My internet not in working from last 15 days. I complane many times in BSNL Coustmer care but they do not have answer for my issue other side my 2 gb data was wasted in recent 15 days. You also not reply properly

@AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. ATTENTION Bsnl my new ffth connection had installed yesterday but now still this is not working. On broadband LOS light is blinking means the connection is not ok please solve my issue.

@BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL bsnl air fiber 0186-2960589 not working for the past 15 days. Complaint lodged in 198 , but no resolution so far. Ur intervention reqd on priority. It's a routine matter that out of 30 days it works only for 10-15 days. Plz see

@CNBC_Awaaz Still many people in our country are out of good network coverage 😕. Nowadays people in many areas have multiple options though some people have no option to choose a good connection. Hence government should allocate different areas to Jio, Airtel, VI and BSNL so that all over our country is covered by at least one good network. All service providers can make a joint venture to help the customers.

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care worest customer service.. Internet hasn't been working at my area from 1 month, raised many complaints and closed immediately without sorting our issue. Visited to our nearest bsnl office, raised complaint to JE through whatsApp still issue not resolved.

@TelecomTalk Bsnl 4g is really good. Still need further fine tuning. They should add more signal towers... Or if they add small cells and 4x mimo will be good, our private telcom to do some home work.. without talking tariffs.
