    ATTENTION Bsnl my new ffth connection had installed yesterday but now still this is not working. On broadband LOS light is blinking means the connection is not ok please solve my issue.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Dear sir its an serious issue in our area(bentkar,42 mouza exchange,cuttack district),in last 18 hours we are unable to use any service (bsnl fiber net and mobile network) due to electric fault,sorry to say there is no single backup service.

    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @BSNLCorporate @drmadanv Standard replies... neither they will ask ur details ...how I wonder do they assure prompt remedial actions?only prompt monthly bills are assured. BSNL needs to give customers no service no bill assurance.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I want to port my bsnl number to jio. But previously I have recharge the my number with yearly plan and I'm not able to get benefit of mobile data and bsnl service satisfactory. Is there any steps that I port my number bsnl to jio and get any plan.

    @BSNLCorporate change the plan from broadband to ftth since 7 days but not activate the desktop phone call many times to chavara Bsnl sto not attending the call to solve this issue.Hopefully to helping me to solve this 0476 2682086 contact me on 9746839537

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK ..Sir..Your service not acceptable. Plz notedown 08029620190. Plz neck your service agents out of BSNL. Those people never respect or respond the customers. Why we should have pain inspite of paid. This is 6th day out of internet in the said area.

    @nitin_gadkari;@BSNLCorporate; As per last call with BSNL employee -due to road construction service get disconnected Main issue is cables cuttings. So BSNL AND contractor can take a meeting and decided the plan to stop rework for both& that time can be utilise for improvement.
