  @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL bsnl air fiber 0186-2960589 not working for the past 15 days. Complaint lodged in 198 , but no resolution so far. Ur intervention reqd on priority. It's a routine matter that out of 30 days it works only for 10-15 days. Plz see

  ATTENTION Bsnl my new ffth connection had installed yesterday but now still this is not working. On broadband LOS light is blinking means the connection is not ok please solve my issue.

  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   @TelecomTalk I've been a fortunate BSNL broadband customer for 2 years without any issues. Sometimes heavy rain or construction in my village causes the wires to break, but they always come to fix them within a day.

  @thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.

  Its because Govt people ask BIG FAT salary and do corruption **** to revamp the office like Kejriwal did. I went to a office of my uncle who is BSNL officer. IDK now but it is was crazy bad then. Corruption to the neck. This is what will happen.

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Ppl - CAUTION... DON'T TAKE #BSNL connection & get fooled for ₹1. 2 days back, ported to #BSNLIndia #FreedomPlan. Now suffering w/o signal. Also unable to connect to their cust care team for help. So posted on X, still nobody called. LOOKING AT CHEAP PLANS, DON'T GET FOOLED.
