    @BSNL_WB sir,I am BSNL customer of West Bengal for a long time. Now in pandemic situation, my child do her classes online. Here BSNL network failure or no network in 15 days of a month including when electricity gone in my area.Sir please solve this problem as soon as possible.

    We people of Adyadka, Thodikana are facing network issue. Here we have only airtel and BSNL network. Their network goes to hibernate mode whenever electricity goes off or it starts to rain. Because of @airtelindia @BSNL_KTK we people are suffering a lot.

    @BSNL_JKD @BSNLCorporate BSNL FTTH has been in going on/off since saturday(11.06.2021). Currently internet is gone again. Restore services asap, otherwise I would be forced to change my ISP like many others in my society have already because of your poor service. Ph: 0651 2972245
