  @CMDBSNL, @BSNL_OR, @pib_comm Very inefficient and pathetic service from BSNL Bharat fibre. In my area internet is down since last 3 days. It happens 3-4 times a month. My docket no is 16357359225, customer no. 3008229991. Same miserable corrupt work culture of bsnl is unchanged.

  @snaik_bsnl @snaik_bsnl no one is rectifying my BSNL broadband even after repeated complaint. In this lockdown internet is the only medium to do business. Excuses are sham like we have outsourced to contractors etc. Please do something .N.B.response to. Calls are at will basis

  @BSNLCorporate Due to some issue with your franchisee, I was told to close my old connection (no. 0680-2982092). Immediately paid the payment for the new connection. The GM, BSNL, Berhampur (Odisha) is also updated about this since the team could not do anything. We are so helpless

  Bsnl India Congratulations. Your bsnl sim is out of stock in the market. Your 4g network beat the 5g network. If you get 5g sim of bsnl then manually select the network. 4g network works. I hope bsnl is a game changer of 5g revolution in the end of December 2026.

  @Iamsamirarora Structurally makes sense. Like keeping BSNL floating. But BHIM was a pain as it existed in the Beginning. It was transformed by Paytm, Phonepay, Gpay. I am with Gpay. If it breaks down I use Phonepay. Have 2 BSNL sims I don't use at all. Rs 1500 each for 300 days.

  @BSNLCorporate I acquired BSNL no. 9475126619 on 25 Aug 2026. However, outgoing calls are blocked and incoming calls are also not working. I’ve manually selected the BSNL network, but the issue persists. Customer Care has not provided any clear solution. Please check.

Private players only. 120 ISRO technologies transferred so far. Is this something new which India is doing? NO The playbook is old. The state eats the invention risk. Private capital won't fund 20 years of uncertain R&D with no guaranteed payoff. Once the engineering works, the question flips: not "can this be built" but "can this be built cheap, at scale." That's a market problem. Not a lab problem. NASA ran this exact play. Saturn V. Shuttle. Built in-house for decades. Physics solved → NASA stepped back, became customer + regulator. SpaceX and Boeing took over. Same script, different agency. Same happened with Internet. ARPANET. GPS. State-run for years — then opened to commercial carriers and chipmakers once proven. Invent public and Scale private. India also did it with Telecom under ABV. DoT/BSNL had the monopoly. Once the tech matured, private operators took buildout and crushed cost-per-subscriber. No PSU was ever going to do that. Even China followed the script. Govt held the rocket monopoly for decades. Beijing opened it up in 2014 — iSpace, LandSpace, Galactic Energy — specifically to multiply launch cadence without ballooning CASC's own balance sheet. Same mechanism, four countries, four sectors: One state producer can't scale cadence once demand outgrows the monopoly. Competition compresses cost-per-kg faster than any single agency — however well-run. Hence, what Modi govt is doing is logical in nature and shows we are growing.   @BSNLCorporate But I don't think the answer should be to eventually say: "We tried. BSNL couldn't compete. Let's shut it down." Telecom isn't just another industry. It is critical national infrastructure. I don't think India should reach a point where virtually all of its telecom infrastructure is controlled by private companies. 3/9
