The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician. All the service bills paid to govt agencies like Elec bills, Taxes, BSNL bills etc will be the first to charge UPI charges directly.
