    @sai_odia @BSNLCorporate Lowest recharge plan courtesy tax payers money. No improvement in service,its not our personal views,its harsh reality. Nothing works except4 calling services,data speed is pathetic. We hope u use BSNL as well if not den u hv ur answer. Take broadband to know about their services

    @BSNLCorporate Very worst service👎👎.. Agents are technically not capable enough..Customer care service guys doesn't bother at all about the issue that end user is facing..There is no proper response and resolution from any Team of BSNL.. Poor service ever seen

    @BSNLCorporate Due to some issue with your franchisee, I was told to close my old connection (no. 0680-2982092). Immediately paid the payment for the new connection. The GM, BSNL, Berhampur (Odisha) is also updated about this since the team could not do anything. We are so helpless

    @snaik_bsnl no one is rectifying my BSNL broadband even after repeated complaint. In this lockdown internet is the only medium to do business. Excuses are sham like we have outsourced to contractors etc. Please do something 0680-2233401.N.B.response to. Calls are at will basis

    @CMDBSNL, @BSNL_OR, @pib_comm Very inefficient and pathetic service from BSNL Bharat fibre. In my area internet is down since last 3 days. It happens 3-4 times a month. My docket no is 16357359225, customer no. 3008229991. Same miserable corrupt work culture of bsnl is unchanged.

    BSNL, even 10 years is more than enough time to fix your network. You're only pushing cheap plans, but in many areas your signal doesn't even reach. Please focus on actual coverage and service quality instead of just marketing tariffs. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_UPE I accidentally did two recharges on my BSNL number. Need a refund for the first wrong recharge. I Called ​Customer care 1503 disconnects after 10 mins of waiting. Done 3 times already. No help. Please solve this issue

    @DocRGM_ I have visited BSNL office before 2011 many times. I felt bsnl employees are one of the worst govt employees and they should be sacked. Govt employees are terribly lazy n they work based on bribe. That's the reason no govt org in india is efficient.

    @BSNL_GJ I just port my number to bsnl 1 week ago there are network issues. The network tower shows full but when I call some one the call gets disconnected and unable to receive any calls please solve the issues

    @Reuters Jio is worst performing in present times. They are thieves and deceivers. I am myself going to port out soon. I used to have 4 jio numbers. Lapsed 3. Remaining one, will port to bsnl, coz only need calling, just basic.
