Still the recharge is not credited in my account. So, I also contact bsnl customer care but they told me the recharge is not done. But mobiwik is not return my amount..bad service

This shows ppl’s lack of willingness to hold govt accountable for the bad state of BSNL. Thus the private duopoly takes over and companies just do their business.
