    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD The call has been drumming for the past fifteen days. All bsnl customers are having this problem. Talking for a few seconds, the phone rang. Fix this problem quickly.

    @MobiKwik On 21/11/22 I have done 108/- recharge via mobiwik (Operator ref no. - 3291327158). Still the recharge is not credited in my account. So, I also contact bsnl customer care but they told me the recharge is not done. But mobiwik is not return my amount..bad service

    @BSNL_HR Sir I have restarted my old bsnl number after doing all formalities on your office and still sim card is not working,your employees told me it will work after 5 minutes it's been 2 hours already

    @Aakar__Patel @DrSJaishankar He has BSNL Sim. Not working. BSNL messaged for sim upgrade. But he has to go to local office. Cant find local office. Laser eye not working also. Google maps not loading on BSNL network. Help is on its way via 2g. Will take time. Satire!

    @Khurpenchinfra My father uses a keypad phone and BSNL SIM (coz being a retd sarkari employee, he has faith in BSNL than any pvt telco) Internet is of NO USE to him as it doesn't work on keypad phone. Still, I have to do voice+data recharge. Above that, @BSNLCorporate is still the same. NO NTWRK

    @Officejmscindia @DoT_India Receiving even a basic OTP SMS on (BSNL) is becoming impossible. If customers cannot receive simple verification messages, what could be worse for a telecom service? A national telecom company should provide reliable basic connectivity. #BSNL #Telecom

    @JM_Scindia We agreed to shift our landline from copper to fiber with BSNL but we were never informed that this would double our charges. Our plan has increased frm 1800 to 3600 When requested to revert, we were told it’s not possible. This was not disclosed earlier. Plz help sir
