    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD The call has been drumming for the past fifteen days. All bsnl customers are having this problem. Talking for a few seconds, the phone rang. Fix this problem quickly.

    @MobiKwik On 21/11/22 I have done 108/- recharge via mobiwik (Operator ref no. - 3291327158). Still the recharge is not credited in my account. So, I also contact bsnl customer care but they told me the recharge is not done. But mobiwik is not return my amount..bad service

    @BSNLCorporate @OfficeOfRSP New fiber connection: vendor asking for 850 installation charges and also says Modem not available on Rental basis. BSNL site mentions no installation charges till 3-Aug and modem available for 90 pm Rent. Please help. Already sent DM but no response

    @MobiKwikSWAT @MobiKwik money deducted two days ago , but recharge not done. You have long history of failing bsnl recharge here on twitter. It's my bad that I didn't see it. really bad experience, will never use mobikwik again

    @ACTFibernet ID number is 102588544863. Paid 3 months. 48 hrs over but still no activation. I moved from BSNL bcoz their speed sucks. Looks like your customer service sucks after payment. Makes me wonder if I made a wrong decision

    @DoT_India 0265-2313511 was installed in Jan 2018 & remained out of service for 22 months since then.BSNL employee expect bribe to restore connection. I took this matter to DGM but he failed to contain malpractice. An enquiry should be conducted to know why this phone was dead for so long.

    @BSNL_PB A big answer why BSNL is always in loss and why government organisations are converting to private sectors is- BSNL doesn't care about their customers, I have booked complaint total 4 times in a month and every time they closed the complaint without addressing the issue

    @BSNLCorporate Still not received any call from BSNL, i am paying for 200mb but the device which is placed by bsnl only support 100mb since the provisioning time i am facing the issue Alok pachori jto from Firozabad bsnl is not responding
