    @MobiKwik On 21/11/22 I have done 108/- recharge via mobiwik (Operator ref no. - 3291327158). Still the recharge is not credited in my account. So, I also contact bsnl customer care but they told me the recharge is not done. But mobiwik is not return my amount..bad service

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD The call has been drumming for the past fifteen days. All bsnl customers are having this problem. Talking for a few seconds, the phone rang. Fix this problem quickly.

    @airtelindia if you are unable to support your infrastructure then please don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. I had bsnl before and I thought bsnl was the problem being govt entity. But I was wrong, in Dehradun Airtel fails more than bsnl in broadband segment

    @bsnl_care You need to tell 1. When will network be restored Already since many days, there is network outage 2. Since so many days, what has been done by BSNL Team - I spoke with Mr. Garg, local BSNL chief. He said that "He is forwarding this to MTNL" - This is a deflection, unacceptable

BSNL has highest & largest coverage .BSNL survived through congress but was reduced to garbage by BJP in a decade in favor of pvt.     I have already raised complaint on BSNL SELFCARE app, but it got automatically resolved without providing me any resolution. I have also sent email on a complaint portal, but still didn’t get any response. Please look into this on priority.
