  @BSNLCorporate @ShubhranshuDut1 Sir, You can only assured about the prompt action but it never can be taken. I paid 3-4 month for 3 Landline and Broadband connection without service and finally disconnected all 3 in last week. I was using BSNL Services Since 1999. @AshwiniVaishnaw

  BSNL never gives notification on phone or email before broadband shutdown even for any reason. And never gives time limit if there is any repair work in play already. This is something called responsibility towards customers. @PMOIndia @ianuragthakur @BSNLCorporate
