    @Vivek_Investor Move to BSNL, they have cheap recharges, with unlimited calling and limited bonus data, good for people not need Data. Private services are not customer oriented, they run to make business. So if can afford choose them, else go for the affordable.

    Dear BSNL, The landline service for the last 40 years we were using. Now the copper connection has disappeared or discontinued.landline number I wanted to retain it. The officer is not responding @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate it is in Hyderabad Banjara hills division Telangana.

    @Vivek_Investor Either the government wanted to end BSNL and bring monopoly in it, now we also have no way out. Even TRAI just does a formality, no solution is found

    @Vivek_Investor There's an urgent need for a calls and text only plan for common and old people and not everyone can use jiophone and sim choice whether to use bsnl or anything should be with customer. @TRAI take cognisance

    @sr71blr @Vivek_Investor My father uses bsnl it has pathetic network at our home and at work office network is good. First thing bsnl is not cheap, before it gives 40 days valadity in 107rs now they reduced it to 28 days valadity in 107rs At this plan we gets only 200 minutes and valadity.

    I remember in 2006 airtel and relience came to my home town we have a BSNL landline and father has a mobile connection. Suddenly BSNL service became terrible overnight we are forced to change to pvt player #airtel #jio
