@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mp @TRAI My internet is not working since last 15 days, I have complained about it many times to nearest bsnl office despite issue is not resolved. We have taken yearly plan and bill is also paid in advance.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India BSNL is such a company that is fooling the customers, if any complaint in BSNL customer care, then their only answer is to contact the nearest BSNL office. So why has this customer care center been opened, that's why the BSNL company is going in loss.

My YouTube works well with the BSNL and rest of the things are just okay.. Not bad I'll say. Also, the service providers comes for help immediately after complain. Government can do much better with BSNL by reforming certain things..
