    People jumping to buy #VodafoneIdea because it has become a govt company now, may want to note that MTNL and BSNL were govt monopolies not long ago. Both these companies are living on budgetary support (near bankrupt).

    @BSNL_PB i give application in bsnl office on 2 dec 2022 for disconnect my landline connection 0164-2447671 and they disconnect it but still i received bill in Feb 2023. Please help me

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate Shame on the service of bsnl .Took a new sim as the old sim got damaged . Sim is yet to get activated . The main reason behind the downfall of bsnl .Look into the matter

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD hello bsnl, one side you are saying that customer can get access/info. Regarding account through self care portal or mybsnl app. I want to change my monthly ftth rental to 12month option. But here your portal says go to nearest bsnl centre
