    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I have called BSNL ofc hundreds of times till now. NOBODY EVEN ANSWERS THE PHONE. They say "cable has broken" - SAME issue TWICE a WEEK yet they take 2-3 DAYS to fix it. Such DISHONEST employees r looting the GOVT. & us Utterly Shameful LL - 01512946899

    @DoT_India Sir/Madam your TSP/division doesn't seem to be concerned about the matter at all. It has been 6 months since I'm having this issue with my BSNL internet. I'm paying my bills on time, yet it is no exaggeration that I'm not getting service even 15 days a month. LL no. - 01512946899

    It's a waste of money and time too. Customer support is the worst part of your services. So many complaints and visit to nearby bsnl office nothing happened. I came here for the last hope.

    @GMTDKARNAL I had taken bsnl fiber connection on 07-05-2022 but till date it is not working well and now even the vendor is not picking up the phone. my fiber connection is not working since yesterday. My fiber number is 01842988011. Please kindly resolve the issue.

    @BSNLCorporate hello, my internet connection is down, call is working but Internet totally out. In bsnl selfcare app, it shows i dont have any plan, but i have a plan rs 249 which expires on 23 june. What's happening? I am from West bengal kol-700127

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Ph No. 04374 - 268438. Land line phone not working for the past 7 days. Only Beep sound continues in phone. No response from BSNL side, they keep on saying reason only but not providing solution.

    Dear BSNL customer, your present postpaid plan is closed. Kindly choose any active postpaid plan by 31.05.2022, else BSNL will migrate you to next active plan on 01.06.2022.@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @BsnlCmd
