@BSNLCorporate my Landline complaint no 1060205597 dated 16.01.2023 has been declared resolved by BSNL (just received sms) however no one from BSNL has ever has come to my house for repairing of dead phone. Is such is the way of resolving customer complaint ?

@BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate My landline no. 0724-2258107 is dead from last 6 months. Made multiple complain on 198 but issue not yet resolved. Paying bill regularly. Bsnl office asking for written complain. Very poor service. #BSNL
