  @bsnl_care What I got on previous complaint was just an SMS the ticket is closed. Without anyone trying to understand. BSNL aupport don’t even know what’s VoWifi.

The representative will need to submit a written request along with a valid authorization letter from you, a copy of your ID proof, and other required documents as per BSNL guidelines.   @BSNLCorporate hi. I had recharged on 27th Aug for bsnl prepaid no. Still it’s not reflecting in the account till today. The phone app is not allowing to register a complaint as well. Please help asap.
