  Due to covid, I hv to work from home & need BSNL broadband internet for that. So I applied both online and offline for same. From BSNL office I didn't get helpfull solution, online I am waiting for reply since 28 july.Need some internet for our digital india @DoT_India @PMOIndia

  @bsnl_care is @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate even reading customer posts about their problem or you guys just copy pasting? your tower guy told me that there is power backup issue so try to change the old battery instead of copy pasting your customer service is as bad as your network #BSNL 😡

  @TelecomTalk I've been a fortunate BSNL broadband customer for 2 years without any issues. Sometimes heavy rain or construction in my village causes the wires to break, but they always come to fix them within a day.
