Due to covid, I hv to work from home & need BSNL broadband internet for that. So I applied both online and offline for same. From BSNL office I didn't get helpfull solution, online I am waiting for reply since 28 july.Need some internet for our digital india @DoT_India @PMOIndia

@TelecomTalk can you post a detailed fibre network map, peers, interconnection facilities of bsnl in your website. I feel a lot of the fibre infra is being wasted, which could unlock of billions of dollars in value to the indian economy, consumers, businesses cannot get a connection directly.

@BSNLCorporate I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the non-activation of VoLTE service on my BSNL mobile number. I have already followed the required procedure and sent the SMS for activation of VoLTE, but the service has not been activated till now.

@8ap also there is so much value to unlock with all the fibre network just being mismanaged with bbnl and bsnl, a 50-50 pvt public partnership of this company with private control in itself can suddenly unlock billions of dollars of value to the Indian economy with one decision.

@bsnllinda have taken bsnl broadband 4 days back...hardly used for half a day and down since 1.5 days. still network is not up and no one is responding. is this how you want to compete with other broadband providers
