    Due to covid, I hv to work from home & need BSNL broadband internet for that. So I applied both online and offline for same. From BSNL office I didn't get helpfull solution, online I am waiting for reply since 28 july.Need some internet for our digital india @DoT_India @PMOIndia

    @Indianinfoguide Fix BSNL, and let new players into the game. The current telecom scene is a mess, consumers are being looted with sky-high tariffs. Voice-only plans now cost what full data packs did before. TRAI and these telecom giants aren’t regulating, they’re playing the public for fools.

    @bsnl_care Will not close the case until the problem solved and I have access to bsnl network, otherwise refund all the recharge I have done in last 17 years and I will port out from bsnl , otherwise if face problem will complain again

    @BSNL_KOTD yes switch to bsnl ifyou want 2G speed in 4G network, pathetic network, call drop, poor call clarity etc etc...

    @Indianinfoguide Believe NDA Government has invested in Vodafone which is under some tax problem but their services comparatively better and is value for money. They may be given some boost to compete well with Jio and Airtel. BSNL/MTNL would need to upgrade their infra in line with 5G.

    @BSNL_RJ @bsnlraj When I ask any BSNL employee what the problem is, they say that the root cable is cut, so we have to divert the connection.

    @BSNLCorporate No BSNL network avl at Bastijalal/Sitalpur which is fall under Block Diaghwara, Distt-Saran Bihar.Earlier this area was getting network coverage from Dariyapur and Dighwara BTS. After activation of 4G network no 2G,3G,4G network is AVL in BASTIJALAL,Plz do needful.
