Due to covid, I hv to work from home & need BSNL broadband internet for that. So I applied both online and offline for same. From BSNL office I didn't get helpfull solution, online I am waiting for reply since 28 july.Need some internet for our digital india @DoT_India @PMOIndia

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate it's a very ridiculous service from BSNL . out of 30 days in a month minimum 10days there's no internet . Even if you call respective office they say " We will See" don't know what they're going to see .

@BSNL_OR We had to take help of the technician over there in Chatrapur BSNL office to resolve the issue i.e. July 2021 and since then did not find any issues. Thanks to Chatrapur BSNL staff for providing immediate resolution. Please set up a customer care platform soon.

@yadavtejashwi , On 12 September 2021 around 7 PM,Near Daraunda Siwan two people came on scotty without light near BSNL Exchange and snatched my mobile from hand and ran away. When I went to the daraunda police station they were not ready to take a complaint for snatching.
