  Due to covid, I hv to work from home & need BSNL broadband internet for that. So I applied both online and offline for same. From BSNL office I didn't get helpfull solution, online I am waiting for reply since 28 july.Need some internet for our digital india @DoT_India @PMOIndia

  @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia Why is website full of spam advt? Why logging into IRCTC is so difficult? Why does OTP generation fail again and again? Worst experience. Is it intentional so that like BSNL it dies slow death as customers go to private portals to book tickets?

  @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir need to intervene of BSNL poor work culture. Customer care is highly irresponsible, Not taking customers problem seriously. Government is good but these unethical lackluster employees attitude take all of us backward.

  Hi @bsnl_ap_circle . I am a proud customer of BSNL AP since 2013. I was in warangal since 2013 to 2017(for study). I belong to UP and currently living in my home town( Jhansi, UP east). Since Last month my sim card(which belongs to Andhra pradesh circle) stopped working.(1/2)
