    Due to covid, I hv to work from home & need BSNL broadband internet for that. So I applied both online and offline for same. From BSNL office I didn't get helpfull solution, online I am waiting for reply since 28 july.Need some internet for our digital india @DoT_India @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate @NilanFunon There is no bsnl network in bbsr since march 1. Please inform us that when you are going to fix it. Its getting very difficult for bank transactions so please do fix it .

    Same thing happened a week ago. Whenever we call BSNL CC they have numerous excuses. Although BSNL has very prompt service to disconnect the connection if I am late in paying the bill for just one day. They immediately cut the services, so can we get the refund whenever

    @JioCare So far after 18 hours , there is no official reply from jio care at your end neither any appointment conformation of installation engineer , it simply shows you are going BSNL way as far as customers are concerned....stay afloat till fury of mass customer.
