Due to covid, I hv to work from home & need BSNL broadband internet for that. So I applied both online and offline for same. From BSNL office I didn't get helpfull solution, online I am waiting for reply since 28 july.Need some internet for our digital india @DoT_India @PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate I would like to port to @reliancejio however I am unable to send PORT request. I spoke to customer care of BSNL. He is very rude and hanged the call asking I have to pay 147 rupees to get the port message. Pathetic service why customer wants move away from BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate I recharged my bsnl prepaid connection after GP1 and found no SMS are receiving on my phone. I called @BSNL_KL customer care and they told I'll receive incoming services only after 48hrs from plan recharge, since I failed to recharge within GP1. Excellent move.

@BSNLCorporate and @bsnl_ap_circle @CMDBSNL We are using BSNL for the past 9 Years and now there is a interruption with services and When reached with local BSNL office, the reply we got is " You are the only customer in that area" so we cannot address the issue.

!dea Before merger with Vodafone I was satisfied with !dea & BSNL after merger with Vodafone my satisfaction turned into dissatisfaction. I am not satisfied with current Vodafone network services in my !dea SIM card. @Idea @BSNLCorporate . Waiting for BSNL 4G.
