Due to covid, I hv to work from home & need BSNL broadband internet for that. So I applied both online and offline for same. From BSNL office I didn't get helpfull solution, online I am waiting for reply since 28 july.Need some internet for our digital india @DoT_India @PMOIndia

@TheOfficialSBI @nsitharamanoffc The biggest trusted bank of india is in worst situation with pathetic service going to be next BSNL. not able to login to internet banking as OTP never comes. Official says there is no gurantee of sms in SBI. Its a kind of joke in India.

@BSNLCorporate Problem not solved yet. Now if any short circuit take place than BSNL is responsible for recovery. In past in Kachchh BSNL paid no of Crore rupees to party regarding same time of accident.

Can not retrive the tweets, the greatest Jio mobile tells me 10 times in a day. Can one suggest if BSNL or AIRTEL is better. Jio is a bitter pill had increased 399 to 599 means 50% direct rise in price while quality is over 60% down! Jio, jio jio with Modi & Hambani!

But at the same time, 1998-99, the mobile phone made its appearance in Guwahati. BSNL was the only service provider that time, and only post paid connection was available. Mobile handsets in those days were the size of a geometry box, bulky and awkward. But useful.

@DoT_India Lineman at Birnagar, Pin- 741127 gave me wrong information regarding this issue several times. Even, I lodged complaints to the Bsnl Care, but they didn't solve. It is really pathetic to the BSNL users in this area. 3days have passed. 3G is not available yet which I paid for.

applied for fiber connection last year still no one came there are refusing to install fiber line in my village i dont have any isp or either other network only bsnl is in my area how we can do work from home or join online class @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl
