Due to covid, I hv to work from home & need BSNL broadband internet for that. So I applied both online and offline for same. From BSNL office I didn't get helpfull solution, online I am waiting for reply since 28 july.Need some internet for our digital india @DoT_India @PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate +918322369856, registered complaint 4months back. No one from BSNL is bothered abt solving the issue. Only one thing BSNL does on time is sending regular bills. What’s the point of paying bills if we are not getting the desired service?Pls cancel the no +918322369856 immediately!

@BSNLCorporate Called 6 ties, registered complaint 6 times, but every time BSL resolved the issue in the air, automatic resolution provided. Never contacted customer, never visited the place and never fixed the issue, this is the level of BSNL customer support. A pathetic service
