Due to covid, I hv to work from home & need BSNL broadband internet for that. So I applied both online and offline for same. From BSNL office I didn't get helpfull solution, online I am waiting for reply since 28 july.Need some internet for our digital india @DoT_India @PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate I have been inquiring about getting e-SIM since 2023, but you always reply that we want to provide better service. But e-SIM service is not starting till 2025 is about to end. I am loyal to BSNL, otherwise I would have moved to another network long ago.

@IndianTechGuide BSNL is worst in broadband fibre speed in my area. I suffered a lot and ultimately shifted to tata fibre.
