    @BSNL_MP_Circle @BSNLCorporate We are in 2022 and bsnl ftth is not feasible in my area and just only 1km away from my colony(home) there is optical fibre present and yet bsnl sales service team is not ready to provide me new connection not even bsnl bharat air fibre connection.

    @netshrink @abandopa I did and found out it to be billion time better than bsnl only era. I guess u never had to deal with bsnl.

    I complained to BSNL about not receiving any network on my number. "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, BSNL assures prompt action to resolve your grievance," they replied. There has been no communication since. Their customer care number doesn't work. Why ******** does it exist?

    @cgm_mh_bsnl @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate To much fake prompt action promise. at my BSNL FTTH given [18-20Mbps speed] instead plan including [60mbps speed.] to much poor Speed it's start buffering On YouTube, facebook videos. BSNL FTTH ACCOUNT No-1026493724

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Bsnl, You are telling same story from last one month. How many more days/months required to the concerned person to resolve our issue? Why the consumer should suffer as we are paying Bill's regularly by ECS. I cannot communicate with my old parents. Hoping for the Solution.

    @pravesh I beg to differ but BSNL had superior network and call quality until it was denied 4G license. Be it in remote jungles of CG& MP or northeast or JK & himalayan mountains.

    @rsprasad sir I have a problem for my mobile number it was vodafone no but I have ported to Bsnl in the month of March 2020 from that no working normally in month of September my no incoming out going service was stoped.
