@BSNL_MP_Circle @BSNLCorporate We are in 2022 and bsnl ftth is not feasible in my area and just only 1km away from my colony(home) there is optical fibre present and yet bsnl sales service team is not ready to provide me new connection not even bsnl bharat air fibre connection.

@BSNLCorporate We depend on BSNL and find that services are very poor. Both broadband network and mobile services are weak in educational institutes and even our children miss online classes. Request you to be user and customer friendly.

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 @ACTFibernet The worst internet connection I had experienced even BSNL is good in customer support. I had my internet connection gone by 12.30 PM and raised complaint on Nov 3 2021 1.30PM the ticket id ( SR10363396369054 ) still now the connection not resolved.

That complaint was also acknowledged by SMS, “Dear Customer, Your Complaint on service 033-23376094 is registered. After 7 days on 03/11/2021 again I got SMS from BSNL, “Dear Customer, Complaint number 16307782273 on phone number 033-23376094 has been resolved.”
