    @BSNL_MP_Circle @BSNLCorporate We are in 2022 and bsnl ftth is not feasible in my area and just only 1km away from my colony(home) there is optical fibre present and yet bsnl sales service team is not ready to provide me new connection not even bsnl bharat air fibre connection.

    @BSNLCorporate Optical Fiber internet connection is down for past 3 days. BSNL officials are not resolving the issue because connection by franchise. @JansamparkMP

    Hello @BSNL_GUJARAT @BSNLCorporate, I recharged ₹167 IR plan on my Gujarat BSNL prepaid SIM but in Dubai I see “No Service.” IR was never activated before. Please assist with activating international roaming. I can share my number via DM.

    @JioCare To be frank even the Gov organisation BSNL is far better than you guys when it comes to listening to there customers. Atleast there customer care executives will respond unlike your fraud system.

    @madebygoogle @bsnl_care Hi John, I was following up with BSNL (SIM provider in India),. The screenshot is my chat with them regarding VoWifi not working for BSNL Sim on Pixel 8, however same is working on iPhone,. So it seems from BSNL that update is pending from Google and not @bsnl_care, please check.

    @bsnl_care Thanks but it's most pathetic customer service. Yr helpline asked me to go to BSNL office, Accounts officer who raised the bill mentioned mobile number not working. Other E mails sent are returned undelivered. MTNL was better in customer service and no option than opt out.

    @JM_Scindia It's more required to transform the major lazy attitude of past BSNL And MTNL Employees though they are in service Industry which purely rely on Customer's the approach comes as the same as Past rigid system of NO Proper Cooperation And MAKING SO Run Door to Door

    @CMDBSNL This is absolutely unacceptable! My call forwarding has not been working for a long time. I’ve visited the BSNL office multiple times and even emailed the CGM Kolkata office still no resolution. Pathetic service and zero accountability! Fix this immediately.
