    @BSNL_MP_Circle @BSNLCorporate We are in 2022 and bsnl ftth is not feasible in my area and just only 1km away from my colony(home) there is optical fibre present and yet bsnl sales service team is not ready to provide me new connection not even bsnl bharat air fibre connection.

    @BSNLCorporate Optical Fiber internet connection is down for past 3 days. BSNL officials are not resolving the issue because connection by franchise. @JansamparkMP

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW I am not having a single network signal at the ground floor. Everytime I hear from other's that my phone was not reachable. Frustrated with*BSNL 3G*. NOT EVEN 4G. FIX THE ISSUE..... AREA:- Kethal Gate, Braham Bazar, Chandausi. Pin code:- 244412

    @cgm_mh_bsnl as the private operators are upgrading to 5G you can’t serve on simple 3G, what a pity! We r facing every day problem of network & data connectivity for BSNL network. Hoping some positive from the officials.Baramati 413102

    @BSNLCorporate And please the customers service is also bad and while talking about my ping issue they just cut the call and not willing to help when all I ask is just for the ping issue while gaming to be fixed . Kindly please fix my ping issue as im losing hope on bsnl

    Pl take action if you don’t want to lose loyal customer. Even BSNL never showed such highhandedness! A compelling reason to go to Jio if your engineers’ behaviour continue like this.

    I'm using 5g phone & today i upgraded my BSNL 2g sim in 4g,after that I got a notification "Proactive sim command rejected by me" and internet is not working. @BSNLCorporate kindly fix it. @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw
