    @BSNL_MP_Circle @BSNLCorporate We are in 2022 and bsnl ftth is not feasible in my area and just only 1km away from my colony(home) there is optical fibre present and yet bsnl sales service team is not ready to provide me new connection not even bsnl bharat air fibre connection.

    @BSNLCorporate Optical Fiber internet connection is down for past 3 days. BSNL officials are not resolving the issue because connection by franchise. @JansamparkMP

    @PranavV13939077 Try in WCDMA/3G only network mode if BSNL MOBILE not showing then it upgraded to 4G.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Also when landline and BB was dead for 12 days in a row in october @BSNL_CG_Circle has charged us for the full month. Not a single rupee adjusted in the bill for fault from your side. Now in February, It's Day-3 05/02/22 BSNL should learn from customer feedback and improve.

    @Humanbie @srinivasiyc Pls understand I am not writing against PSU , I hv been using BSNL for 25 years and now I Surrendered it because of there pathetic service, ran from pillar to post but in vain . So if you are a non performing PSU u will seize to exist. Period.

    @rsprasad we are not getting proper sevice from your department network problem from BSNL .it become painful and shameful using BSNL . I am from De- nobli more, Digwadih dhanbad jharkhand
