@BSNL_MP_Circle @BSNLCorporate We are in 2022 and bsnl ftth is not feasible in my area and just only 1km away from my colony(home) there is optical fibre present and yet bsnl sales service team is not ready to provide me new connection not even bsnl bharat air fibre connection.

@BSNL_UPW you have most pathetic service in India I have BSNL broadband connection 05652972157 after every two days Internet got disconnected for 2-3 days and no one listens to fix it pls look into this

@BSNLCorporate Very worst service of bsnl fibre here in Chitrakoot (U.P.) Inverter is in worst condition,after electricity cut it works only for 1 hour. They are not arranging new good battery . Customers are suffering alot. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir kuch kariye.

@reachtokarthic Not at all. Even if you have postpaid connection with BSNL, you can port-in to prepaid in Airtel. They can't force to take postpaid. @Airtel_Presence social media team will help on this to get prepaid number.
