    @BSNL_MP_Circle @BSNLCorporate We are in 2022 and bsnl ftth is not feasible in my area and just only 1km away from my colony(home) there is optical fibre present and yet bsnl sales service team is not ready to provide me new connection not even bsnl bharat air fibre connection.

    @theBuoyantMan Have been using BSNL postpaid. It is costlier and its service is worse. I stick to it only because of certain personal preferences.

    bsnl broadband ftth speed is worse than mobile speed. No action on complaint, net always getting cut, how is it setting such that private company is providing better facilities and BSNL's condition is deteriorating continuously privatization the only option? please do something
